   In my recent visit, the dishes were absolutely delicious. The ramen was rich and satisfying, with perfectly cooked noodles, tender toppings, and a broth that warms you from the inside out. The chicken side dish was crispy, beautifully glazed, and so tasty especially with the dipping sauce. Everything was presented so nicely too — colourful, vibrant, and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is quick, and the whole experience always feels effortless in the best way. Overall, Wagamama is lovely, and I truly recommend everyone to try it at least once. Whether you’re craving ramen, rice bowls, or just a comforting meal after a long day, this place hits the spot every single time.

   I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. Upon entering, I was escorted to table number 631 by a waitress and she wrote the name as ‘Tyler’ on the table. After reviewing it, I raised my hand to place an order. A male staff member acknowledged me with a nod, but no one ever came to take my order. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, yet still, no one approached. Thinking perhaps the restaurant required online ordering, I tried placing an order via your online system. However, I received an error message saying that this table number was not recognized by the system. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The service was so poor that I couldn’t tolerate it any longer. It was beyond disappointing—it was outright infuriating. I ended up walking out of the restaurant without anyone on your staff even noticing or acknowledging the situation. I have never experienced such careless, disrespectful, and thoughtless service before. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously. I would appreciate a proper explanation, and more importantly, real improvement in your service.

   Main meals teriyaki steak soba was quite enjoyable with good flavour. Staff were inattentive. Would rather stay at the bar talking to each other than took a while to come over to take our order. The banana katsu desert was lacking flavour and was dry.

   Food was delicious. Restaurant was busy but staff seemed to have issues clearing tables. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table when may were clear. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was fast. Food was reasonably priced. Restaurant is set in a lively area and I will go back back on my return to Birmingham. Thanks for dinner.

   Second time dining in at Wagamama’s and also this branch. Customer service was excellent, the staff are very bubbly and friendly. The food was beautiful, along with the fresh juices. I ordered the chicken steamed gyoza’s (chicken dumplings) and bbq beef hirata buns for starters. I then ordered the chicken firecracker for my main and also a fresh tropical juice. Will definitely be back soon to try another tasty dish!

   Amazing food. So many vegan options, which are always unreal! More importantly, the staff are always polite, and go above and beyond. Every time myself and my boyfriend come in (which seems to be once a week recently) we have the best customer service from Ali. He’s one of the main reasons we always return; he’s a credit to the company! And today, we had lovely service from Max, who was also vegan which was nice to know. We both couldn’t recommend more!
