   Made a small order. Stocked up on Thai tea and other bits. Packed very well. Arrived in 2 days. Kept me informed of process from moment I placed order to receiving it. Sending a bank transfer as opposed to paying on website is different but it may be why they’re able to keep prices fair. Will be ordering again when I run out thank you :)

   One of the few companies that lists the expiration date clearly. For me that's important. They are one of three online shops with the best prices. You never feel like they make money on a high markup. I put in a tiny order and I just got off the phone because they no longer had the steel ladle I ordered for £1.99. What should they do? I doubled up on the Nam Prik Pao.

   The selection of Asian foods available is just very good. Items are not cheap but what is these days? Plus some items are imported so it is to be expected. Overall pretty good, staff have always been nice.

   Excellent company. Huge variety of products, promptly shipped, really great prices. What impressed me though was the staff. I had a very positive interaction with them about a missing item on my order and they were not just eager to solve the problem in a more than acceptable way, they were extremely friendly and also open to giving me suggestions on new snacks to try. They were also very, very polite and even were open to doing a custom deal with me without question - in fact, the only question was, what more can we do for you. The food and drink selection is excellent and good quality but dont sleep on the non foods section too. There's some very very good deals hidden in there on everyday essentials and cleaning supplies - at very good prices. Scrolling through the non food section reminds me a bit of poundland when things there were actually a pound. I would not hesitate to use them again - and I will - nor will I hesitate to suggest it to others - I have. And if you do have hesitations? Reach out to them. They're firndly, personable, professional, and dying to help you get what you want at a good price with prompt service. A genuine 5/5.

   Won’t lie I was a little dubious buying from Zing Asia… the name put me off I wasn’t sure if it was legit. But I decided to trust the reviews and I’m glad I did! Not only grabbed a bargain, but there was a mix up/issue with some of the expiry dates on the items they sent. I emailed quite infuriated, but the customer services not only sorted the issue immediately and offered me 2 options, but they were gracious and kind. Would not hesitate purchasing from here again :).

   Their physical main store might be great. Their selection, sure is. But the online experience is ridiculous, Every time i add something, the postage price goes up by a £1 at least. At £14.40, i thought silly and abandoned the order. By now in 2023, you should be able to charge one fee e.g. £8 up to 30kg. For this reason, they are not competitive and i will shop elsewhere.

   Absolutely fantastic shop. I could spend all day looking at all the different food items which are sold here which come from the different places in Asia. My favourite recipes are Korean dishes at the moment and all the items are from the country of origin. The staff are super friendly and helpful. So looking forward to Thursday when I can finally taste Korean pears for the first time. My favourite drink at the moment is Bon bon grape drinks with little grapes in the drink can.

   My wife ordered some Durian-flavoured sweets for my parents from their online store and the items arrived promptly and very well packed, i.e. the boxes for mango & sticky rice and durian with sticky rice & coconut milk were packed in ice-packs so they won't go bad during transit. Very impressed with the wide choice of items on offer as well as their delivery service. Will be using them again.

   Nice little shop they have not been open long so hopefully they will expand their range but shop is very clean and tidy and there is a pretty good choice. Staff don’t speak much English but are super helpful.
