“Please note that 10am is only open for trade only. I had to wait till 11am to be allowed entrance. (Monday - Friday) I have attached a photo of opening times. Petrol open for anyone at anytime during their petrol opening hours however. Never really had a problem with costco or staff. Staff are wonderful.”
“Great staff shame no it’s moving and becoming they are not doing home deliveries unless you order it on line”
“A lovely market and also a nice place to have something to eat and drink. Lots of seating and a varied choice of food. We enjoyed our Thai food from Thai by Thai”
“Good parking and great quality food. Long drive for me but we'll worth it! The waitrose eggs are the best I've had in a very long time, and I've only ever bought free range organic in the past.”
“Friendly helpful staff and a great range of products”
“Some absolute bargains.... Clean and tidy shop”
“Use this store every day for little things I need as is closer to my home than the big branded shops. Good value for everything they have. A little of everything. Staff fantastic, they even pack your products in a bag for you. There own bags or take your own and give to them to pack your purchase Great little shop I'd be lost without it as I'm disabled can't go far. So this shop a God send for me.”
“Amazing place really gokd customer service”
“Very happy with my S-max from here, had plenty of time on the day to give it a look over and even some bulbs changed. got a very fair price too. Had some very minor after purchase issues and Jethroe was awsome at getting them sorted out through the free warranty service for me, great communication and was nice having one person to speak too every time. Very down to earth, never felt any pressure. Car had clearly had a good look over (new battery and a deep clean) All round solid experience. Highly recommend.”
“I would like thank both Emily Clegg and Amanda Jones for their assistance today with my they went out of their way to help”
“Wonderful staff in this co op especially a lovely man called James he was very helpful and made my son laugh and stay calm before he had a melt down because I wasn’t quick enough to give him his chocolate. Only reason I went in was to get my grandad his tobacco for his pipe (saint Bruno) which sadly you don’t sell no more please please can you restock it?”
“Good quality meat good prices lots of variety”
“I have been usibg this shop for 10 years at least. It has always had the spices or Asian ingredients I wanted. The staff are extra friendly and helpful, They were the first to start in this line. Competition has become fierce. They will meet this in a satisfactory manner.”
“Really very helpful when visiting”
“Enjoyed a delicious, fresh baked scone with excellent coffee. I only came to Waitrose to use the cash point in between changing trains. So glad I dropped into their most soothing cafe. Such reasonable prices, friendly staff, free papers to read & tranquil atmosphere thanks to no annoying background music. If I lived in Chester I would be here all the time!”
“Great store just the right size to shot in get what you want and get out. It's like a big Tesco Express only better - more stores like this please ASDA.”
“NOODLE BAR WAS VERY NICE AND THE FOOD TASTY.”
“My wife and I do our shopping at this Coop regularly as it is so conveniently close to where we live. It is always well-stocked and offers good value-for-money. The shop staff and manager are consistently friendly, helpful and professional.”
“Very convenient for those little things you forgot from the supermarket with better opening hours than any supermarket. Also great for parcels, Pay Point and no doubt many other services. Polite staff, fair prices.”
“A good Asda store with a lot of parking in close proximity to several other stores. A very good clearance section today, with a cafe upstairs too. This store also has a book donation trolley for kids, we have donated several books here to the cause.”
“This is the cream of the crop when it comes to convenience shopping. Anything you need from AAA batteries to a fray bentos minced beef & onion pie, this magical premises will surely have it. The staff are unmatched in both service and hospitality and the ambiance when you step in is bordering on euphoric. Trust me, in Vendees you'll want for nothing. I'm naming my firstborn after this establishment.”
“A fantastic independent fruit and veg shop. As well as the basics, they always have seasonal and special produce from local growers too. I can’t go in for one thing without picking up another tasty something else I’ve spotted… also selling bear bakery bread now which is a huge bonus. You have to be quick to grab a loaf before they sell out though! Very friendly and helpful team working there too. Definitely one of Hoole’s gems”
“Just visiting the village for a week, but very impressed by the quality of the items on sale and the friendliness of all the volunteers I encountered. A lovely community shop and well done to all involved.”
“The selection of Asian foods available is just very good. Items are not cheap but what is these days? Plus some items are imported so it is to be expected. Overall pretty good, staff have always been nice.”
“Unusual selection of branded goods and unusual items at super cheap prices. Love their bacon packs, excellent quality and doesn't shrink when cooked. Really interesting items which you might not see elsewhere.”
“Very clean, always shop here with nice atmosphere”
“Best shop for bargains.. served by friendly staff instead of them awful self serve checkouts.”
“I give Farmfoods another 5 stars — and here’s why: They don’t just sell food, they sell consideration. Broken or damaged items? Discounted. Unlucky with a product? There's a warranty. That’s more than a policy — it’s respect for the customer. Sure, there are flashier places. You know the ones: just over the hill, shimmering with coolers full of overpriced dreams. But being expensive doesn’t make a store better — it just makes your receipt longer. Farmfoods has always been kind. Down-to-earth. Honest. One day, I will walk into Waitrose Chelsea, proudly carrying my Farmfoods bag — and yes, you might roll your eyes. But I’ll be smiling.”
“I like Iceland just sometimes have problem parking next to store and other supermarkets in area keep close eye on customers always being able to Park as some leave cars in supermarket car parks which are free buy a few odds and bobs then walk into mold - very difficult for managers of these bigger stores to police the situation I think. It’s all business !”
“Heron New ferry is a great store with loads of great bargains, I always come away with loads for my money. They have a great selection of food etc... and staff are very friendly and helpful. Many thanks Heron.”
