   I hate it here so much that I can’t even express my hatred, but here’s the description: I’ll have a nice tea and take my vitamins, let’s not say water, I’ll order from Coop through Uber: But the water won’t come, the spoiled princesses on horseback won’t deliver it on purpose, and then the day passes thinking about water. I’ll have breakfast, I should order the bread I like, I’ll choose this Coop from Uber: But the bread won’t come, it’s been replaced toast bread instead of whole wheat, as if it started aging the moment it was born... Then my day passes thinking about bread and water, yet I shouldn’t have been left this barren, this deprived and it was you who was wrong.

   My wife and I do our shopping at this Coop regularly as it is so conveniently close to where we live. It is always well-stocked and offers good value-for-money. The shop staff and manager are consistently friendly, helpful and professional.

   I find staff here rude, no eye contact when asking a question, very dismissive, unhelpful, I've only just started going here, sad to say not a good experience and this has been on every occasion of visiting the shop. Since its local tried to give it a few chances but definitely lost a customer, not only me but my family members too, who have received the same bad customer service.

   Great Customer Service and care. My young toddler tripped on his way in to the store and bumped his head- Niall went the extra mile even when the store was busy to get my son an ice pack for his head and made sure he was ok. Above and Beyond - thanks Niall

   Coop itself is nicely set up. Checkout staff at this one unfortunately are unfriendly and lazy. Surely your role includes placing items into the bag not just running it past the barcode reader? Instead they just watch in near silence the shopper doing it themselves. Automation cannot come soon enough, which is a shame since a corner shop in a village/suburb should have a friendly, community feel
