“I often pop here when it’s only something small that I want as opposed to a large shop. The food from here is lovely, but the main reason I am commenting is because the customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever come across. Chris is fantastic, he’s so so friendly, funny. His communication and customer service skills are beyond anything I’ve come across. I only name him because I feel his employers should see what a fantastic member of staff they have! Honestly I chose to come here other than smaller or sometimes even larger shops just because of how friendly the staff are.”

“This used to be my favourite local pub, so I was sceptical. However, I can't disagree this new shop is wonderful. Most of all because of the friendly staff on the tills. “It's a Tesco cafe - not the Ritz. Arrived an hour before closing time for a very late snack after a long walk and they couldn't have tried harder or been nicer to us. Told us what they had left - asked us about our walk. Super friendly - lovely people. Tea was a life saver. Children loved the croissants. Thank you!”

The food is great and those who work there are amazing. It is good to go to a shop where you know everyone and they know you. I would reccommend Tesco Frodsham Street to everyone who lives at or is visiting Chester.”

“A well stocked shop that's really handy for grabbing a few items when filling up the car with fuel. They have a good range of beer and wine which in sure is appreciated by people living nearby, meaning they don't need to go into town to the main supermarket. Staff are always friendly”
