One of my favourite places for food in Liverpool. I come in for something almost every time I'm around. Absolutely massive portions, exceptionally reasonable prices, and incredibly flavoursome food. Get the Mega Chicken - you won't be disappointed.

Chop Chop Liverpool delivers bold Korean and Japanese flavours at unbeatable prices, making it a top pick for quick bites in the city. Tucked away on Fenwick Street, Chop Chop is a hidden gem offering generous portions of ramen, spicy chicken, and mega chicken dishes that pack serious flavour. The casual setup suits both dine-in and takeaway, and its proximity to Liverpool One makes it ideal for a quick, satisfying meal. Prices are refreshingly affordable—under £9 for a full meal and drink—and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. With vegan options and a lively atmosphere, it’s a go-to for budget-conscious foodies of Liverpool.

Tofu is fried with chicken so careful if you are strictly vegan/veg. Otherwise great food (probably kimchi is also not veg here) but taste good, proper taste of kimchi! Generous portions too. Highly recommended to those who love kimchi, Korean twist/fusion.

Absolute favourite! I have been going here since it was a tiny shop with a couple of seats in the window. Food has always been amazing and they deliver now! Get the mixed chicken ball it’s amazing!

Used to work in Liverpool until around 2015 and went here regularly for lunch and it was always spot on. Last night I had my first meal from there in a long time and it didn't disappoint. The chicken katsu curry was amazing as it always used to be. Good portion sizes, reasonably priced and friendly staff too :)

Delicious, fast, cheap, Korean street food. Got the prawn deopbap. Prawns were perfectly cooked, flavors were all well balanced, everything was fresh. Service was extremely friendly. My friend got the mega chicken and was equally pleased. There is an informal counter space to eat inside, but they serve all food in carry out containers.

Lovely Authentic Korean Food! This Korean takeaway store is located near the business district of the city centre, a short walk from James Street Train Station. This Korean takeaway shop got a much needed renovation and expansion since I last tried (before the pandemic). Previously, there wasn’t any seating and you had to take away your food but now there are a few indoor and outdoor seats and tables to eat at the store. With the expansion there was also a change on the menu, sadly the Bibimbap, Kimchi Pancake and Tteokbokki were removed which were my go-to favourites when I visited. This was quite a shock to me and I know I’ll be coming less because of this. I had to remove a star because of this but it’s just my personal opinion. Nevertheless, the food is still great and is still cooked by the 아줌마 (auntie) and 아줐히 (uncle)! I ordered the Mega Chicken which costs £7.70 for dinner. The Mega Chicken is cooked in their homemade sauce which tastes sweet and slightly spicy. Overall, the food is still great and the prices are still amazing for an authentic Korean meal. I’d still recommend this Korean takeaway to others despite removing some traditional Korean dishes off their menu.

Reasonably priced Korean and Japanese fast food style hot meals. The menu is focused on quick to serve food, many of which are fried such as fried chicken, but has plenty of choices with different combinations including meat dishes, vegetarian options such as tofu, rice and noodles. Though it may not be that authentic, food is good and tasty for hot fast food. It's largely a takeaway place but there's one table and more bench seating for a limited amount of customers. Service is very efficient, and they allow you to make small modifications and requests.
