   I recently visited this store, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the manager, Mahesh. From the moment I walked in, mahesh made sure that my experience was top-notch. He greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that my order was taken promptly. What stood out most was Mahesh attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized In a fast-food setting, it's rare to find a manager who takes such pride in their work and ensures that every customer leaves happy. I will definitely be returning to this location, thanks in large part to the excellent management. Thank you, Mahesh, for making my visit to Burger King a great one!

   Burger King , The Lowry Outlet Mall, Unite F10, Lowry Galleria, Salford M50 3AH Staff are rubbish and rude. Discrimination to customers. If you are white they treat you all right. If you’re colour they treat you differently. They think they are special and better than you kind of bad attitude. Also they are all Asian Crews lol. They don’t know what they’re doing. If you order burger and adding some extra order they don’t know much or they are too lazy to add some extra orders. Management is also nonsense, rubbish and useless. Also very stingy. They don’t want you to give it away anything even though free tomato ketchup, one ketchup for one customer. Can you believe that? Nonsense, isn’t it. My kids like ketchup. Also ketchup are as much as you need in other Burger King, McDonald’s and KFC as far as I know. When I ordered large size meal I received small amount of drink with a lot of ice and small amount of fries. Very disappointed. Not very happy with the service at all. Don’t go there guys. You be very disappointing for everything. Never go there again to that rubbish Burger King shop. I’ll go other different Burger King to be honest.

   One word: terrible. Food barely warm, no bacon on the bacon double cheeseburger. Staff not at all apologetic for substandard food. If I'm not mistaken, these places are franchised. Don't think I would eat there again.

   I don't know if this is typical of all BKs, since I don't usually eat at BK, but my experience was a poor one. I asked for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with no bun, as I'm gluten-intolerant and it's the only way I get to enjoy fast food at these kinds of places. Done it at McDonald's plenty of times with no problem. The cashier went to tell the kitchen staff, in plain view of me. The kitchen staff seemed gobsmacked by this request and mouthed "No BUN?!" with the most stunned expression. I honestly got the impression I was being judged. When the cashier returned I explained it was because I was gluten-intolerant, which she said was fine - was it? Anyway, the actual meal was thoroughly disappointing. The fizzy drink machine was broken so I paid £7.99 for a bottle of water, fries, and two tiny patties with two slices of cheese and two bacon strips. No sauce or anything else. This burger is £5.99 if you order it alone! My partner had the same thing with the bun, and said his bun was cold. McDonald's isn't gourmet by any stretch of the imagination but at least I get some onions, sauce and pickles with my patties. Not eating here again and probably not at another BK for a long time.

   Genuinely the most unpleasant and disappointing "meal" I've had for years. The burger was dry as a bone, the bun was cold, the cheese was cold - I took two bites and gave up. The fries were...okay, but they could not salvage the burger. There were no sodas available so you got to pick between water and Capri Sun. The service was about what you'd expect from dead-eyed underpaid teenagers. If you find yourself in the Lowry outlet mall food court, go literally anywhere but here.

   Even 1 star is too much for that place. I have ordered chicken strips ended up with chicken burger, don’t know why. Chips were cold and soggy, same for onion rings. Coffee tastes like watery milk. £14 for 2 portions of chips, coffee and chicken strips, which were chicken burger. Please avoid that place.

   I honestly didn't think it was possible for there to be a worse BK than the one in Fallowfield, but wow here we are. If you can get past being routinely ignored by staff, whether they are just stood on their phones in the kitchen or actually stood at the tills staring into the middle distance as if in a trance; you may gain the chance to order. Good luck trying to order anything here. Absolutely every machine is broken and try don't even have half of the items they are advertising for you to buy. Close this place down, replace it with a McDonalds or even bring Wimpy back, literally anything but this.
