   In walk through Media City most days and often stop here to meet my neighbours for a coffee. Pret is very popular in the mornings and there is often a long queue however the staff are very friendly and efficient so I never have to wait long. There is seating inside and outside with beautiful views of the park and canal. There is a tram stop nearby also and the very pretty Blue Peter Garden. There is a monthly subscription you can get where you pay a fee and can have several coffees every day but i haven’t fully explored that. Might be worth looking in to if you’re a regular.    This is the best Pret shop around. I go to others in Manchester but this one has the best buzz and coffee. The staff are great, they engage with you while serving, so it is also fun on the social level.

   Spacious inside with everywhere being clean makes it a nice spot if you want to dine in, but of course there’s lots of places outside to perch up on a nice day. Stock levels are great at peak time but a little lacking if you arrive outside these times. Queues move fast with plenty of tills open and everyone friendly. For grabbing a bite quickly its what you’d expect.

   Excellent healthy food options, the salads are fresh and invigorating. Coffee and all other drinks I’ve tried have been crafted with quality ingredients and care. The customer service is rather abrupt and impersonal. I think this is down to how busy they are and want to get customers in and out, which is a bit of a shame.
