Always has what I came in for plus something extra. Good ingredients in the food remembering Iceland were the 1st supermarket to ban GM food.

Bless the woman on the phone who was very helpful with my order. Get very paranoid when ordering groceries through Uber Eats, etc however the lady reassured me that everything is in stock :)

Honestly the staff make this place. They're all friendly.

Really miffed, I usually go here most days for food shop as it's right over the road, I'm disabled so go with my wheeled shopper. Never had any issues until now using it to load my shopping, unload to pay, then repack. Today I was bollocked by one of the staff and given a basket, I advised I was disabled but apparently this wasn't relevant??? Rude staff, no people skills whatsoever, ableist.

The inside definitely looks much better than the outside. It's really great for bulk buying because of the 2 for X sakes they have on almost everything. Inside was really clean and well lit Well kept Short queue times during off peak hours No self checkout machines Quite a small Iceland compared to other stores around it.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever met. They have their own conversations whilst customers are waiting. I have noticed the same rough looking so called security guard following me, I am a female of colour. He vapes whilst on duty. I allowed a customer to pay before me as she had one item, the cashier then moved the next customer sign and began to move my shopping. I pointed out the lady in front of me was first. The condescending back lash I received from the woman on the till was shockin as she pointed out she knew who was first or second. The staff at this branch have no class and lack any training in how to behave with customers.

Rubbish service I Have had off milk from there and off chicken When I inform the staff that there must be something wrong with the fridge they didn’t seem to be interested be careful food poisoning awareness. ALSO The security guard there follows you around and makes it really obvious that he’s watching you bloody ridiculous and it’s definitely racial
