Came here yesterday for my friends 21st birthday which was a booked bottomless dinning at 9pm which was stated on the website when booking. They took £20 per person deposit, it was a booking of 4 but only 3 of us there, we called in advance to let them know it was now just a party of 3 they said it was fine an the 4th deposit would be taken off the bill. When we arrived we were sat right next to the DJ and speakers it weren’t too bad, was a good atmosphere just couldn’t hear a word we was trying to say to each other. Took about 20 minutes each time to try getting service. Had to order multiple drinks after 45 mins just to justify the moneys worth, at that point no one had even attempted to take our food order as most staff was too busy with a bigger party next to us, clearly understaffed. We had to ask someone to take our order which by then was 9:45 he took our order and disappeared, we watched as food had been coming up to other tables one of which arrived at the same time as we did. We’d finally been able to get someone over to ask where our food was as it was coming to the end of our booking in which a face of confusion was pulled by the server as apparently the kitchen shut and stopped taking orders at 9pm. Don’t understand why bottomless dinning bookings was being accepted for 9pm if the kitchen shut at 9pm that clearly needs to be looked at and changed. He left said he would be back to resolve the issue, he was gone at least 20-30 mins before he’d returned asking if anyone had been over to see us. During this wait we again had no service for drinks was just sitting there. Another server had finally come over to resolve the issue, we left without having to pay the rest of the bill, they just kept the deposit. We got a free shot and cocktail each, they offered to extend the bottomless so we could at least have more drinks but drinking more on an empty stomach ruined the mood for everyone so we left. Overall disappointed as we chose here to spend my friends birthday as it was a special birthday. Didn’t have any problem with rude servers they all seemed nice just felt like we was pushed to the side and avoided due to bigger bookings and the food failure. Don't accept the bookings if you can’t make priority to each booking, ruined the night and mood for the birthday girl.

we had the best time on a bottomless for my friends birthday and summer, looked after us upstairs so well, give her a raise and a share in the place!! QUEEN

This unique catering establishment is known for its “bottomless” dining sessions, where diners have a limited set of drinks they can re-order for a set period of time. The food menu is quite limited too but the club vibe is good with loud music and the occasional introduction of a live saxophone player playing on top of the partitions between booths. So the experience overall is good and I would go there again. The mini burgers were great, but the flat iron seared beef strips were chewy. The crew serving us were nice too, but unless you’re into prosecco, it’s not great value

Lovely place for bottomless brunch. Service was great, Alfie was really attentive. Maybe more variety on the cocktails for brunch available but thats the only feedback!

Great service! We did the bottomless brunch at 1pm and drinks were super speedy. The food was amazing, especially the vegan burger - even for a meat eater it tasted amazing. The steak was great and the peppercorn sauce was 10/10. Evie was an angel - always caught our eye for more drinks and was so helpful and welcoming. A special asset to the team xx

My friends and I came here last Saturday night and we weren’t disappointed, we had an amazing time, the food was incredible and came very quickly. Only criticism I have is that the drinks service could of been more better and attentive, we came to have a bottomless brunch and only ended up having a few glasses of Prosecco. Besides that the music and atmosphere was brilliant and the staff were very friendly. We will be back :)

Been here a couple of times and it’s really nice. The food is always good and the atmosphere is great, it is just very very loud and busy, and hard to have a conversation with someone just sitting across from you. The service is also a bit slow when it comes to ordering drinks but considering how busy it is it’s not surprising. Great place for a birthday or celebration etc

We went here on a Saturday at 9 for food and drinks. The atmosphere of this place is very fun and electric with the live dj and surprise dance acts throughout the night. However the problem was the food and service. With the restaurant and club/bar being in the same room I was skeptical to how good the food would actually taste. I was correct. The quality of the food is not to the standard of the price or aesthetics of the food. The waiters really struggled to hear what we were ordering so was very frustrating when trying to ask questions about the menu. The communication between the waiters and kitchen were clearly struggling with the noise to because we were not told that half of the menu was unavailable because they had run out of food until everyone on our table had their food except for one. When our waiter came to check he told us someone else took the last vegetarian sushi roll and there was no vegetarian pizza. This person was a vegetarian and the waiter couldn’t offer them anything else at all. All we were offered was a shot of vodka as compensation for their mistake. They were totally unapologetic and didn’t try to cater towards our needs. The entertainment was very good until the saxophone and drummer started to perform on our table while we were trying to eat. It was even louder and very off putting for our food.
