I visited on Saturday evening as I was very hungry- the atmosphere was welcoming. The menu has variety of options and the girl who helped me to choose the menu recommended Keema Pav and I was also looking for fish she suggested Tava fish with garlic naan - awesome choice of her's which I liked. Staff was even checking to see if everything was good and the food is top-notch quality. Highly recommended place!

Thought we would try something local as loads of people had said this place was decent. Food was incredible and we loved the starters. If there are two of you, I would suggest 3 starters as the mains can be very filling. The lamb biriani was so good and we even ordered take out the night after just to have it again. We went here on a weeknight hence the low ish atmosphere score and no low volume music playing in the back ground which usually adds to the atmosphere as well. Overall Chit N Chaat is a must to visit if you live locally, we will defiantly be going here again.

The food here was all really tasty and we loved everything. We had the lamb biryani (the most authentic biryani I've had in a while), the masala dhosa, dahi puri (crunchy flavour bombs) and okra fries. The masala chai and pink chai were also really good. It was a busy Friday night so service was a bit slow at times, but it gave us the opportunity to befriend some of the friendly locals. A great spot for tasty, authentic south Indian food!

I recently visited Chit βnβ Chaat in Cheadle and had an absolutely delicious meal! We tried the pav bhaji and the masala dosa, and both dishes were full of authentic flavour and cooked to perfection. The pav bhaji was rich, buttery, and packed with spiceβserved with soft, toasted buns that soaked up every bit of the flavour. The masala dosa was crisp on the outside, with a perfectly spiced potato filling, and came with a tasty selection of chutneys and sambar on the side. The atmosphere was casual and vibrant, with quick service and friendly staff who made the experience even better. For anyone craving proper street-style Indian food with bold, comforting flavours, Chit βnβ Chaat is a must-visit in Cheadle.

I really like the street food ,the mains and the drinks here. Paani puri, dosa, papri chaat , nimbo pani ( special lemon drink) all were fantastic. Butter chicken was a little bland for my taste but quality not bad. I have been to their Wilmslow road branch and this was the first time for me in Cheadle village branch and I will definitely visit again.

Genuinely delicious Indian Food. This food is absolutely beautiful. Primarily vegetarian with plenty of meat dishes for meat eaters, this devine menu had us watering at the mouth before our food had even arrived at the table. The waitress was so attentive and honest, told us when we had ordered too much was was quick to service our table. There were so many spices and tastes I'd never before tried I'm so excited to back here again soon.

I love this place. Cute spot in Cheadle, fresh Indian food with a Chinese influence. It has small tapas dishes that doesn't seem to disappoint. There is plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. The Cheadle branch doesn't seem to be as busy as the Wilmslow Road one. I suggest you book in advance if there is more than two people. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately had high hopes for this place but was let down by the service. We were told to wait outside for our table even though we could clearly see free tables inside. Even witnessed customers given table ahead of us. Expected more from the food. The samosas were awful and small. The dosa was on par. Donβt buy the Bombay sandwich, it was disgusting to say the least. The drinks prices are absolutely pathetic here. We were sold 200ml small glass bottle of coke for Β£2.25. Thatβs less than a normal 330ml can. What a joke. Overall the food was over prices. The only thing that was nice was the dahi Puri. Can recommend that. On Street parking. Accept cards but beware they add 10% service charge. Not HMC Approved.
