   The store itself I don't have a problem with it's the quality of some of the produce case in point today for my lunch thought I would grab a couple of scotch eggs on cutting them in half and breaking the egg open which should be cooked thoroughly I found the eggs to be a gelatinous semi liquid, easily a food poisoning risk (photos posted separately)

   Had broken & missing items delivered, took them back into the store. Beck on customer service was brilliant She sorted it straight away she couldn't of been any nicer & helpful lovely lady.

   Absolutely shocking staff, the manager should be ashamed, staff openly talking about alcohol and drug intake plans and openly ignoring customers, I knew Morrisons was in the toilet but this place is just next level, spend your money somewhere else. Try to get in touch with the store And you’ll find yourself talking to a call centre in the middle of the world somewhere, asked to be connected to the store you’ll be lucky if you get speak to anyone with any authority, this really is such a shame what’s happened to Morrisons but I guess this is what happens when you don’t respect your workplace. You’re full of people who don’t respect your customers.

   Christine the Manager is excellent. The staff are all polite, helpful and genuinely look like they enjoy their working! I put this down to good management from her .. she’s very hands on, she leads from the top and you’ll never see her idling .. perfect person to be the manager

   Was my weekly shop but.... They've introduced this loyalty card scheme thing now. Basically if you don't sign up and give them all your personal details you'll pay more for your stuff. It's outrageous.meal deal was £3.50 now £4 unless you use your card. Another scam to get your info which they sell on.especially your email address.unless I get a person reply to settle me i won't be going anymore.Tesco's neither-cos they do this selling on of information too.after 35 years this sadens me.2 stars due to the amazing pasta counter they have by the way.

   I thought that this Morrisons could not get any worse. How wrong I was. Called today and could not find any of the small shopping trolleys in any of the trolley bays. The shelves were half empty at 2.00pm (a common occurrence). Then we get to the Cafe. Many items on the menu not available and no cups. Apparently they were all in the dish washer (again a common occurrence). Where is the supervision to let it get to this stage. This is my local supermarket but I'm afraid enough is enough and I'll be going further afield in future. Had no option other than to go into the cafe again today. Sadly it is worse than ever No cups, no spoons and tables a shambles. This place really does need a bomb putting under it

   Good shop, has a lot of essentials but seams to have an obsession with national events and making products for it e.g. Christmas, the queens birthday, the quens jubilee ETC 5 stars for valentines day heart shaped pizza

   Oh wow! Didn't expect a reply. I'll flesh out my review a little. I was over visiting from the States and decided to take back a few essentials that I just can't get over there. They had all the Christmas stuff already and some really good bargains. I pretty much filled a suitcase. I realize I'm probably an unusual customer in that I got excited by the variety of flavors of Angel Delight, but trust me, there are days when Angel Delight is what you need. Anyway, staff were lovely. The Free Fruit for kids is a wonderful idea and I wish our supermarkets did it. Oh, and you get 5 stars just for stocking the Wales tea towel.
