Salford Curry King has been my go to place for Homely North Indian food and delicious dosas for almost 2.5 years now. Their service is amazing, the taste is top notch and portions are quite filling. The aloo parathas are quite authentic. 10/10 would recommend.
Ordered from Uber and delivery took over an hour to Piccadilly. I know the timings are estimates but don’t order if you’re already hungry. I ticked the “request cutlery” box as I’m staying in a hotel, but there was none. I made do with a teaspoon so didn’t need it after all but it’s bad service. The fish curry is very good but unfortunately it wasn’t hot (temperature) enough due to the above. The mushroom rice is also good. The cheese naan had absolutely no taste of cheese and from the looks of it didn’t contain a single bit. The prices are reasonable.
Our first time in Manchester and we originally planned for a takeaway, but the welcoming vibe made us stay and dine in – and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and offered exceptional value for money. We tried veg Hakka noodles, Schezuan chips, Schezuan rice, chilli paneer, and finished with a comforting masala chai. Every dish was packed with flavour, and the portions were generous – we even had leftovers to take home! The kitchen was spotless, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was fantastic. Definitely returning when we’re back in Salford!
We went there for the traditional South Asian breakfast oh my God, it was so good. Highly recommended clean freshly made from fresh ingredients very authentic as far as I can tell they asked me about the spice level they were kind enough to turn the music down really really delicious and good price too.
Tastes great! Food was fantastic and we were made to feel at home. I had best authentic Indian meal in long time. New menu has the best Indian authentic mains in whole Salford. Very fast delivery as well.
I can't believe I never tried their food before (considering its right across the street) The food was delicious. The flavours were spot on and it was the perfect way to end a loooong day. Their service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a new favourite. Can't wait to try other items on their menu.
Wow!!! - I went in for a takeway recently - absolutely DELICIOUS food! - freshly prepared by the NICEST people! Lovely CLEAN kitchen area behind the counter. It was so tasty and the staff were just SO polite and friendly! I wish I passed more often, but hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you!
This is our go to takeaway, every time is is quick, fresh and so tasty! If passing I’ll pop in to order as it’s on my way home. I have never had anything bad there at all!
This has been the best set meal in long time, the presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Why go to rusholme with this on your doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful meal and excellent starters - we shall return!
