   UPDATE - JULY 2025 No update - still as a good as ever. Not had any issues for a long long time. - The tarka dhall can sometime be a little watery - but you know what?? It's still nice. Wouldn't use another Indian Takeaway Update Sept 2022 - my son insisted we try a few other curry takeaway places .. we did ,.but it's still Premier Masala for us. Portion sizes are still great - good quality meats - veggie options are good - and maybe, if you tell them you saw my review when you order , they may give you FREE popadoms. Incidentally, the popadoms are bloody brilliant as well. Review below was written in 2018.. it's now 2021 and I have no reason to change it. Premier Masala is still the best Indian Takeaway in South Manchester. Absolutely (at time of writing) the best Indian Takeaway in Chorlton. Used dozens of times and the great quality rarely dips below brilliant. Superb portions of both curries and rice. One curry could serve two people we find. Not that we share. If you haven’t tried yet, give them a go. You shouldn’t be disappointed. A

   Curry’s are decent, a little oily. Samosas aren’t all that, Biriyani wasn’t traditional and tasted like paella with peppers in, very odd. Daal was nice to be fair, and lamb madras I enjoyed. Good portion sizes, reminds me of an old school curry place before inflation.. the food is average to good.

   Absolutely lovely food. First time I’ve ordered and everything was delicious. Delivery guy was lovely and so apologetic about the road closures even though it wasn’t his fault! Food was spot on and I’ll definitely order from here again. Price was so reasonable too. Thank you!

   The food here is delicious and authentic. I've being coming here for a few years and am never disappointed. Find your favourite dish and they'll cook it the same way every time. The best Indian takeaway in Chorlton and probably over a much wider area.
