   I can't rave enough about our Christmas party here! From start to finish, the team, especially Laura, Natasha, Nicole, the legends that were Freya and Julian, made sure everything was perfect, it felt seamless! The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was just right for our group. Drinks were flowing before we even knew we wanted them, which was such a nice touch. Honestly, everyone loved it, and we're definitely coming back!

   Absolutely love this place! Our server luke was extremely accommodating and even turned the heaters on outside, just for us!! He was extremely friendly and gave us so much insight to the amazing selection of cocktails they had on offer. Will be 100% returning for the cocktails and luke!! What a gem he is, probably only returning for him!

   We are big party of 16, done a pre-order form and PAID beforehand, but we needed to wait 30 minutes for our food?! What’s the point of pre-ordering then? Some staffs were nice but some are really rude. We almost get charged more for a karaoke room we’ve already paid because apparently “the sales and restaurant team are different team” —how is that our problem? If we’re not cautious, we could’ve paid £50 more! Integrate your payment, train your staffs, and make a working system on the kitchen.

   Great spot for drinks in sunny weather which is like 5% of the time in the uk. Quick service and ordering done via qr code, dead in the city center too good after a shopping trip.

   This place is great even if you just want drinks. It's dog friendly as well. They brought over a huge bowl of water for the dog.

   Twice I’ve been to this Banyan tree and it is the worst experience. The first time the servers were extremely slow with the service and the manager had to finally come out and sort us out a discount. The second time I went to the bar and asked to try some of the Pinot Grigio before I was to buy a bottle and the barman turned and said “you want to try some of the Pinot Grigio?” In an extremely patronising tone. Stay clear of this place as even people I know who worked there as management also left for the same reasons.
