   Bella pizza used to have gorgeous burgers but they changed the meat and now they're terrible so i dont order them anymore, and then recently the pizzas seem to have changed and they're just overloaded with cheese making it greasy, so the base (which they already put too little on) is pretty absent after cooking and now pizzas are just too difficult to eat. Not enough base, too much cheese and grease is not what makes a good pizza. Their bolognese has always been terrible. Only chicken fillet burgers that are any good still but for the prices im done, im out, not ordering again. Yet another con. Plus I couldn't help but feel like my pizza had been spat on by the driver who's scruffy and rude.

   Ordered from here for a long time, my last order was terrible. Everyone was sick from the food not being cooked right. Phoned up and got crap customer service. Used to be a decent takeaway AVOID

   Good point first, the homemade burger. Well worth the money, really good quality and taste. Now the bad. 14" square garlic bread. All the outer portions were awful, they were rock hard I could have made a patio out of them which meant half of the garlic bread was thrown away and what was left wasn't that good but was edible, just. Certainly won't be risking it again.

   We orders from here all the time at one point and always had the 12ish pizza deal but stopped as the quality went down hill but tonight we decided to give it a go so we called and asked the assistant what deals they did with pizza so he said 10,12,13 or 14 inch told us the prices so we decided to go with the 13inch omg when it arrived it was like a pound shop pizza as there was basically no base it was bear enough transparent so we called up and asked why it was so thin and he said because it was the 13inch it was thin crust only so I said he should of explained as clearly when we rang we didn’t have a menu so I will no longer go back ever I will stick with burger jim

   If you actually want a pizza to eat would suggest you don't order from here. After 2 hours and 15 minutes and 6 phone we still didn't have a pizza so I cancelled. Staff were very rude, hung up on my twice and never rang back when they said they would to confirm where my order was, nor would they refund my order.

   The staff was very helpful and let me sit in there shop after I brought them there delivery from jj's and my lorry broke down at the same time so I was sat a round for a good four hours and the staff even fed me. So thank you very much indeed.

   Me and my partner have always ordered from Bella pizza in dunscroft and always order the same things and is amazing every time! Ordered from Bentley Bella pizza as we have just moved. Tonight, the food was awful. Undercooked garlic bread, no sauce on the mixed meat and chips and the nachos were freezing, there were more nachos than sauce and they were stale. not coming back to this branch again. Will stick with dunscroft one Absolutely shocking
