Our pizza was delivered during the yellow weather warning. James was so polite and really quick. Food was perfect. Thank you James!
Very disappointing. Ordered pizza with 2 toppings, no toppings added (didn't open box in the shop so too late to drive back). Cheeseburger pizza has no gherkins just vinegary pickled cucumber who tasted very strong and overpowered anything else on the pizza. Quality used to be much better. Frozen pizza tastes better.
Pizza used to be very good but my two recent orders were just not up to standard. There were so many bubbles in my dough. There was a bit of meat on a vegetarian pizza. They did not put my sauce on the pizza both times. Both were burnt badly but arrived lukewarm. There was pineapple on one of my pizzas which I despise. I think it’s stupid when I’m paying so much I except better. I really don’t think it’s worth the money anymore, specifically this store too.
Wouldn’t order from here again I placed a order at 5:01 pm waited a hour and a half rang back they said it was on its way would be 20 minutes, after another hour my daughter rang back they were very rude to her I rang back for a 3rd time 3 hours later they said ours was next delivery after they had said it was already on its way, it ended up arriving 3 and a half hours after we had ordered it Any one can make a mistake just be honest and stop making up excuses, we didn’t even get an apology
We collected a pizza from here as we had a voucher from buying something online. We had the Texas BBQ. The price of the pizza was twenty pounds and we had to pay an extra 1.99 towards it as the voucher wasn’t enough. Well what can I say are people mad!! The place was heaving. The pizza was lukewarm, the chicken was like cheap quality sandwich chicken you buy from Iceland for 99p. There were loads of big bubbles in the dough so no toppings at all on those bits. We were so disappointed we wouldn’t even have paid 1.99 for it and gave our second voucher away. Get yourselves a high end pizza from the supermarket like sainsburys for a quarter of the price. The ingredients are far superior and it will be tasty and hot fresh out the oven.
Helpful and patient staff. Pizza done perfectly. Dough and toppings are always fresh. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are very professional.
Shocking food now ... pizza was like the box it come in .its gone down hill nearly as bad as the one in Dinnington .the best thing you can do is get rid of the lose end staff who don't care about your food or customer. As this will lose your money .if you keep serving the shocking food
Not impressed. Service and quality of food has really gone downhill lately. Ordered online to collect, it was ready when we arrived but lots of staff just standing around while someone else ordered their food, instead of handing over our pizzas, so they were lukewarm by the time we got them home. Toppings so sparse - hardly any cheese, tomato sauce so thinly spread you couldn't actually tell it was tomato sauce as it was overcooked and brown. Also, two tiny pieces of mushroom on a Vegi Supreme is unacceptable. Won't be ordering from here anymore
