Please read update: Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke directly to the owner while he was working, and I ordered loaded fries. I can honestly say the food quality was terrible. I asked the owner if I could swap the food for something else because it wasn’t fit to eat. Instead of helping, he told me to throw the food in the bin and then insisted I pay again for a new order. How does that make any sense? I had already paid for food that wasn’t edible. Do NOT order from this place. Absolutely shocking service, and the owner clearly has no idea how to run a business. Update I want to clarify my experience, because much of your response is untrue. Firstly, at no point did I threaten you, raise my voice, use bad language, or “rev my car to intimidate you.” None of that happened. The only reason I left and re-entered the shop a few times was because my friend went to the toilet, and then we both left to buy drinks elsewhere because your drinks were more expensive than we expected. There was nothing suspicious about this. I only changed my order once. I originally ordered, then I noticed you sold loaded fries and politely asked to switch to them. I appreciated the small price difference and you agreed. The issue began when I received the loaded fries. After two bites, it was clear the food was poor quality and not what loaded fries usually look like. That’s why I asked you to look online for comparison—it wasn’t an insult, it was simply because the food didn’t resemble what is normally served. The food was barely touched when I asked if I could switch back to my original order. Your response was to tell me to throw the food in the bin and pay again. I never threatened to “go public”; I said the customer service was poor because, in this situation, it was. As for your claim that I “ate all the food,” this is simply false. I barely touched it before returning to the counter. And regarding your comment about friends leaving reviews: I didn’t ask anyone to do that and cannot control what others choose to write. My review reflects my personal experience. I didn’t come to cause trouble, and I’m not trying to harm your business. But your reply includes several accusations that didn’t happen, and I feel it’s only fair to correct the record.
Got the Posh Amazing Kebab and it was amazing! Juicy tender chicken and lamb, yummy donner, tasty chips. This isn’t a crap drunk kebab type place. This is high quality delicious food. Really happy. Will be back!!
I accidentally put pickup instead of delivery. I rang up and explained it and the service was absolutely spot on and were more than happy to still deliver my food. On top of this the quality of it and speed of delivery was top notch as usual. Thank you very much!!
Shocking. Don't like leaving bad reviews, but just gave this place another chance after my last 2 order wasn't great. Ordered a Lamb wrap, it was half the size they use to be. More wrap than filling. Won't be ordering from here again.
We often order from here and have never had a bad meal, the portion sizes are good, food is tasty and got. Today there was a slight problem with the order, (wrong wrap sent) called and let them know and they were fantastic, it is great when things go to plan but how they dealt with the error was fantastic, cant ask for more. They are all about great service and fantastic food. Thank you!
Long standing customer but recent bad service has left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered one of their Parmezans and they put the salad on top of the parm like it was a topping, the food was cold and I'm pretty sure my chicken wasn't properly cooked in places. They can be really incredible but they've just been missing the mark lately, very disappointed
I will not be ordering from here again. Made an order with the restaurant, the majority of the food was good, except for one of the Calzones which was barely filled and particularly lacking cheese even though I specifically selected extra cheese on the app. Contacted the restaurant for a partial refund for the unsatisfactory food, not for the entire order as most of it was decent (excluding the fries, they were actually pretty terrible). The girl I spoke to was incredibly polite and convivial but I was told I would not be offered a refund. For this reason I will not be ordering from here again. Seems a shame they have just lost themselves some long term customers for the sake of £10.
