Chips are like stainless steel chicken like rubber garlic mayo was thick like cheescake honestly worst meal I’ve ever ate their usually spot but recently not as good at all
Food came stone cold , new manager a joke , talks down to you calling you a lier and not to use them again , he going to loose customers , but that's upto him he talks like he did to me on the phone to the wrong people in maltby he will have a shock , refusing to send it me hot unless I take the food down to show him I had kids , that wouldn't eat it , told him the food is outside ontop of my bin , he refused to come see , even the delivery drivers appoligized for him , not using them again , good luck to them !
Positives, food arrived boiling hot and arrived quickly Negatives, pizza swimming in grease, tasteless, pizza falls apart when trying to eat and very overpriced...... 1st time ordering and won't be going back.
Chased web order after an hour. Told not received order and had problems with the app. When complained, and said wanted immediate refund, as no longer needed order because had to leave for work, no concerns were given and took no responsibility for their technical issues. Went on to say that this was the first order they had issues with after already telling me they knew they were having problems. Will not be ordering from there again.
So rude. Could have flown to Italy and back. Chips cold, no garlic butter on the pizza and missing order. Closed now, everything packed up. Absolute joke of a takeaway.
Ordered food came without chips called to tell them , oh we will get some out to you when we can we are very busy..... no good when you have ate the food it was to go with ... ridiculous.
Called in for a bit of quick tea, orderd kebab meat chips with cheese sause.. to be honest wasn’t very good at all kebab meat was cold chips soggy salad ok and the cheese sauce was like a lumpy white bachemel with a hint of cheese ! Poor effort
Best takeaway we've had from anywhere. Polite staff answering the phones and repeated my order back to me with the price and a time scale for delivery. Food was lovely and nice and hot, couldn't fault it at all. Best special garlic bread in the village too. Would definitely order again.
