Okay, so. I’m easily pleased, so I was relatively happy leaving. But once I took off my rose tinted glasses I realized that this restaurant has a lot to work on. 1. Authentically Italian? I don’t think so. Didn’t expect a pizza shaped garlic bread from an authentic Italian restaurant. More did I expect a less than mediocre pizza!! :( 2. I loved everything else personally (my family and other thoughts but this is my own review section soooo) Unfortunately the lasagna I ordered had a rancid taste, I stayed quiet and watched my brother try it and he had the same reaction. So did everyone else on my table. The staff was very nice, explained that the dish was made fresh and apologized for it, gave me another dish instead (the meat ball pasta and it was delicious) 3. The tiramisu was AMAZING. 4. The service was great when it was there, but kinda slow! 5. I’m not a fan of table decor, too much going on and not enough space for the food. Would come back once this restaurant finishes teething since it’s newer, but they need to work on their menu… maybe hire an Italian chef if they haven’t already :D

A small group of us came for our Christmas party and chose the four-course festive menu. We had a fantastic evening overall — the food quality was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and festive. The décor added to the warm, seasonal feel, and we all left very happy. The only drawback was the service — while the team was friendly, they seemed stretched, and it often took a while to get drinks or catch anyone’s attention. Understandable given how busy it was, but it did affect the flow of the evening a little. Still, it was a great night out, and I’m glad I booked it. I’d definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely 10/10 — warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was just as impressive: fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to one of the team who mentioned he’d never cut open a monkfish tinfoil parcel before — he did it perfectly, with total confidence, and it added a really nice personal touch to the service. Brilliant atmosphere, amazing food, and exceptional staff. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back.

Great service, greeted us with a smile - starters were great had the some chilli prawns and garlic bread for starters. Main meal I had the beef lasagna wow and the chicken pomade it was amazing. I Would definitely try it again this time I’d go for a steak.

The restaurant has nice atmosphere, and waiters are friendly. However, the risotto and lasagne we ordered are only mediocre. The rice and pasta within them were cooked too long and were too soft, and the tastes are only okay. Cream spinach is the only dish we found delicious today. There’s a 12.5% service fee.

My best friend and partner booked a table for 4 of us on sat 28th May, little did I know you where all in cahoots and my partner was to propose. You all knew and it all went without a hitch. It was an incredibly emotional night for me that couldn't have gone better. Thank you to you all for your smooth service, delicious food and making mine and my new fiancees night PERFECT

The bruschetta starter is very tasty. Surprised that it is only one piece but we split it in half to share between two of us. The mushroom tagliatelle pasta is exquisite, very creamy and filling. The tiramisu is very light. Again, a bigger portion was expected but it is still very nice. A great place to visit if you’re looking for some good quality food and nice service. Portion sizes are on the small side.

One of the best Italians in UK and definitely my favourite Italian in Manchester. The quality of ingredients you get here is outstanding. Their food is absolutely delicious and full of flavour with every bite you take. But Don Giovanni doesn't stop there it's the full experience you get of a full Italian family eating and drinking together. The place beams with luxury, positive energy and fantastic atmosphere.
