   Disgusted with the customer service in this place. Just seen the reviews as I'm in car park leaving park. Had to do this review immediately. Disgusting cold food my kids would not eat it and cried as they sed food was snow cold. Like u are eating yesterdays food. Manager decided to refund two burgers after I spoke to a colleague and argues because she was closing and didn't want to refund the rest. Even though they cleaned the table Colleague sed it's the time of day u have come as the food is better early. They wanted to lock up and were standing by the door. Even though the park was opened till 9pm. Don't open till late if you can't support or deliver. I would like an apology and full refund.

   Food was nice best I’ve had from the manor but it was a little cold but very expensive maybe lower the price and more people will enjoy as much as I did

   Avoid this place.. the food was cold and tiny portions for the price. The 3 piece chicken was actually 3 small chicken strips. The place was dirty too. I don’t mind paying a lot but I expect good food with it too.

   Standard theme park style food. Pretty average in terms of quality and price. Usual fried chicken options are available - such as burgers and boneless chicken fillets. The curly fries were a more unusual option which did make the place stand out a bit.
