   The food was absolutely diabolical. I want a full refund for the food I recieved 01/01/26 I ordered a seafood calzone and It was actually FROZEN inside. It's like they've just got all the seafood out the freezer put it in the calzone and delivered it. The cheese chips was based cold chips and cheese, the chips was that cold the cheese didn't melt. I am absolutely shocked they even delivered the food I want my money back ASAP. I'm not paying for frozen food no chance. Disgusting.

   After a phone call from the manager accepting what's happened and understanding what's happened I appreciate all that's been said thank you so much for taking that time to call!! and give ur time for your customer honestly that lady was amazing that came to my door but that call from that man ...... you would do better with out that that man pulling your business down I really am happy you gave your time to put things right accept and make sure right is right thank you so much !!

   Tonight’s pizzas were absolutely delicious. Delivered within 30 minutes of ordering by a very pleasant lady. The Tuscans had bite and were so flavoursome, the margarita was cooked to perfection. But most importantly they were piping hot. Compliments to the chef. You never fail to deliver but tonight’s order was extra special. Thank you

   Ordered at 7:45. It’s now 10:15 and it hasn’t turned up. I ring and it’s either engaged or they just won’t answer. I’ve ordered from you loads before. Never again after this.

   Really disappointed! I’ve ordered from here before and it was really nice. I’ve ordered a few times since then and they have cancelled my orders on multiple occasions. I’m getting fed up now. Tonight I ordered food and they accepted the order and was approx 30 minutes until they cancelled it! Not great customer service!

   3rd time ordering? Maybe 4th. Anyway big respect, mixed kebab is lovely and massive, two days worth definitely, burger great and tasty as always, garlic bread worth it for that kick honestly. And best part quick delivery despite them being clowne us being barrow hill, delivery girl very lovely. Quickly becoming a favourite of ours, thanks guys XXX

   Ordered just now first time from just eat, yes the pizza was cold and that is a separate issue, it was still yummy btw. My wife said the kebab (chicken doner, hard to come by) was amazing, ginormous, so tasty and she was mad happy by the lemon. My burger so far is lovely, still warm, salad is there (hard on just eat to say you want all salad) chips great once I added salt. Just the pizza was cold once arrived. Don't get me wrong it was still gorgeous (helps when you are a few gin in) but temperature was not acceptable compared to the rest considering we are rating you 90+ right now. Honestly thanks for a good time first experience. My wide happy to go again another week x
