   I have been coming here for a long time. In the last few months the quality has suffered. Whereas the chicken was always fresh, it has turned up a little dry a few times. I am hoping that they will improve again as they were one of the best. However they have managed to keep their fries standards high.

   I would rate this a minus if that was an option. I can't believe I found bugs in my steak burger. I'm sitting here feeling sick to my stomach knowing that I might've swallowed bugs that were in my burger. I feel so disgusting, this place is disgusting, the service is disgusting. I'm so vexed. Be careful when buying at this shop.

   EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I ordered 5 steak burgers in shop for me and my family today. When we got home I briefly looked at the side of the burger there was a piece of lettuce hanging out and to my horror I saw a small black bug. I was so disgusted I opened it up to see if there were anymore and saw up to 7 black bugs in one burger. I told my whole family to stop eating and check their burgers and they found loads of bugs in there's too. We threw 3 of them in the bin out of revolt. I phoned them to complain and they said "you know sometimes this can happen" I honestly think their high hygiene rating is just a facade. They said bring the burgers into the shop, I was only able to only bring in 2 as we threw away 3. I spoke to them nicely and told them I'm not going to be angry because mistakes happen and I'm not going to act like a Karen who is entitled. But oh boy was I in for a suprise, I asked to get a replacement for all 5 but they could only do 2 as I had brought in 2, they said if I brought in 5 they would have given a replacement for all 5. Fair play, I mean I understood why they would only give me 2 replacements. The old man employee was so rude and had major attitude problems. He kept glaring and giving me death stares, acting like he was the ultimate victim. Anyways guys if you do eat make sure to check thoroughly for bugs (especially in the lettuce where most of them were).

   Customer service over the phone was ok and the delivery arrived at the time stated by the place, however the portion sizes are very small. We ordered a large doner and chips and a single fillet burger, and in turn received fries and what looked more like a regular size of doner, which wasn't enough for our family. The chips came in the burger box so we assumed that maybe they thought we ordered a burger meal as an extra can was sent in too, but we did clearly state that we wanted to order doner and chips, with a separate single burger. The food was also cold despite the fact that we only live a few minutes away. A little disappointed.
