   Fantastic pub with so many beautiful features of the pub in itself , The manager is absolutely fantastic and very helpful and goes out her way to accommodate everyone and all the staff are super friendly polite and take time to chat with guests . they have food trucks onsite different ones each month which is lovely as u get a different variety they have many different events taking place so something for everyone over the weekend they play in house games to get u involved and have a good laugh. they have plenty of drinks in place and raise money for a variety of charities. all in all a great place to spend time amongst friends and drink in thank you to the hard working staff for making our vists pleasurable & fun

   Went to white hart b33 on Friday when they had on kings Caribbean what a fantastic night we had staff was fantastic and so was the Manager highly recommended..been told they are going sticky 13 and open the box will be going back to this pub

   Bartender (female with black hair mid 30s) Was rude to my friend who recently went there due to there own mistake, my friend felt really uncomfortable with the atmosphere definitely not a place to be as clearly staff dont know what costumer service is .

   Visited the White Heart recently and was really disappointed by the overall atmosphere. Half the people sitting outside weren’t wearing shirts, which gave the place a sloppy and uncomfortable vibe. Even more surprising was the pub manager serving drinks in shorts with her underwear visibly sticking out—not exactly the professional appearance you’d expect in a public establishment. Definitely not the kind of environment I’d recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed or respectful pub experience.

   Popped in at lunchtime. This is a 'traditional' pub in every sense of the word with all the plus and minus points the word implies. Plus points, the welcoming and helpful staff. Minus point, really in need of some TLC inside and out.

   Actually taken aback when seeing this pub as I’ve driven past so many times. Traditional British pub with an amazing set of people behind the bar. Split rooms which was nice and a great range on offer. Stopped in whilst in the area with work for a quick drink, tasted great and staff were friendly. Well done. See you soon.
