   My first time at GBK and I am definitely returning! The service was absolutely top-notch, a big shout-out to Simon! He made us feel welcome and explained how it works at GBK (as it was my first time). Even though he was the only waiter, he delivered with care and a smile on his face, so thank you for the lovely service! The food was so good, with an amazing lunchtime deal & so filling. Definitely worth the price! Thank you once again to Simon and the Chefs who smashed it today!

   This is the second time my wife and I have visited GBK. The first time, the food was good, and the service was excellent—especially thanks to Rochelle, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure everything was comfortable for my wife, who uses a wheelchair. On our second visit, the experience was even better—the food was outstanding, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back whenever I’m craving a great burger.

   We had such a wonderful meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. My partner and I both have special diets but this was no problem for Rochelle & Lex our lovely waitresses. The food was delicious and it was more like visiting friends than eating in a restaurant. Definitely the best place to eat in Resorts world next to the NEC Birmingham. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

   Great place to go to! The manager was really lovely and service great. I asked about allergies and she made sure to double check everything and gave all the info you could possibly hope for. When all restaurant probably do check for these, she was very kind and always had a smile on while helping. Great staff there and lovely dinner out for a reasonable price.

   I went for a Oreo Milkshake that was nice and thick along with Chunky Fries and a GBK cheese and bacon burger with cheddar cheddar done medium rare. I really enjoyed my whole meal and was able to finish it all. The food tasted amazing for a chain burger joint and I was impressed with the quality. The staff were friendly and helpful and my order came out really quickly and cooked to perfection . I would come here again when visiting resorts world. I was served by Kellie and she did a great job

   Excellent juicy burgers as is standard for this restaurant chain! The food was top notch and was delivered quickly with everything exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean but the reason I have knocked off one star is because it smelt heavily of cigarette smoke when we first arrived. We got used to it after a few minutes but we didn't expect it to hit us in the face when waking in. The service was excellent with very helpful staff.
