We had a great experience at the Resorts Worlds restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Mez looked after us brilliantly, he was attentive, friendly and genuinely chatty, which really added to the experience. We started with the ribs, and for the main we had salt and pepper chicken with noodles. The food was very good, full of flavour, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, great service, tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere. We’d definitely will return and would happily recommend it to others.

Good was lovely being gluten free wasnt much choice but what I did have was lovely. No deserts are gluten free. Cocktails take along time to arrive from when ordering. Was a service charge added to the menu.

Not a bad restaurant right next door to the cinema. Went with my 2 kids. We were seated in the outdoor bit by the door even though plenty of tables inside (I had pre-booked too). There weren’t any kid menus so had to look via servers tablet. £7 for a main, side & drink. Some options have supplemental charge (see pic). I went for a lemongrass chicken curry which was nice. That was around £16.50 from what I recall. Service was lacking somewhat. There are already place settings down for what I assume are for any starters/mezes. We went straight for mains and server just put our plates on top of the smaller starter plates! So ended up with table of 7 plates with only 3 having food! I ordered a Vietnamese coffee at the end of meal when we finished. Server brought coffee but didn’t clear table. I love Vietnamese coffee (with the condensed milk). At this restaurant it was £4.80. The served drink was a bit messy for the cost. Where I’ve had it in other restaurants there’s a lid on top. Helps retain heat then too. Bill came to £48 for the 2 kids meal deals, 1 adult meal, 1 drink & coffee. This included the already added on 10% service charge. Bit expensive. They should do lunchtime deals, not just a 25% off deal between 3-5pm that they have.

For nearly five years, our family made the Vietnamese Street Kitchen a dedicated fixture of our routine at Resort World. Our loyalty, founded on the premise of a certified Halal menu, has now been absolutely shattered by what can only be described as deceptive advertising and disastrous operational failure. Upon attempting to book our regular table, we were casually informed that despite the existence of a "Halal menu," the food is subject to cross-contamination with non-halal meats (pork, chicken, beef). This is not just disappointing; it is a profound betrayal of trust and constitutes false advertisement. You cannot claim to serve Halal food while simultaneously warning customers of contamination. Forced to choose between abandoning a family night or settling, we were cornered into ordering bland and unimaginative vegetarian dishes, the only non-contaminated option. The decline continued from there. Adding to this shocking start was the appalling hour-plus wait for our food. We were seated outside, essentially abandoned by the few visible staff members. The management's priorities are utterly baffling: while the restaurant's main area sat half-empty, refusing to seat customers, staff relentlessly prioritized takeaway orders over the neglected sit-in patrons who were already waiting for over sixty minutes. This is negligent management, plain and simple. To compound this catastrophic evening, the vegetarian food—our only safe option—was bland beyond belief and utterly flavourless. The final, insulting flourish was an undisclosed and mandatory £10 service charge. Why is this hidden, and what service exactly were we paying for? The absence of a server, the hour-long wait, or the inedible food? It is utterly bewildering that this establishment is opening new kiosks downstairs when they cannot successfully manage their existing, imploding business. This was once a favourite; now, it’s a cautionary tale of how quickly customer trust can be demolished. We will absolutely not be returning.

We had a lovely meal here – the food was excellent and offered very good value for money. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also really pleasant, making for an enjoyable dining experience overall. However, the service could use some improvement, as our dishes arrived at different times, which disrupted the flow of the meal a little. That said, the quality and flavour of the food more than made up for it. With a few tweaks to the service, this place could be truly outstanding.

Out of all the places in the mall this seemed the most unique! We were very glad at the end to have chosen it! The staff were so helpful with different peoples dietary needs and would point out the smallest things to make sure no one ate anything they weren't supposed to. Drinks were prompt, the food was a bit of a wait but goodness me it was worth it! Highly flavoursome! Great veggie options too! There was so much to choose from for everyone! All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be looking to come here again! Enjoy!

Customer service was really good. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very good too. Last but not least, the food was amazing. The portions were very generous and worth the price. If anyone wants to try some Vietnamese food, great place to try. Edit : we went yesterday and the customer service was a bit bad. I think they were understaffed but we were waiting a long time to be served.

We came here to eat as the location was perfect before going to watch the Commonwealth games at Alexander Stadium. We love this place. We have only been once with friends but on this occasion we wanted our son to experience the food. We hadn't booked but had arrived in good time to beat the rush hour. After our meal, one of the events had just finished so there was a big rush for food so we timed our visit well. We were given a table within a couple of minutes of arriving, our waitress was very attentative and took our drinks order. Later our food order was taken too. While we had our lunch, the Canadian team were having lunch too, the restaurant was fairly busy but our service was really good. I'd definitely come again as the loaded chips are so tasty, everything is really tasty and filling. The price is reasonable as everything costs more than before the pandemic. Definitely worth the money.

A real nice place to visit. Its lovely and clean and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. One even showed me how to use chop sticks. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we were not rushed out after eating. Would highly recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant at Resorts World.

Amazing food! Staff were really relaxed and friendly, and flexible to our changing group numbers. Delicious food, and the aroma from other tables food arriving around us while we wait just made us more hungry! Many of our group wanted to try more from the menu, so we will definitely be returning soon! Portion sizes were perfect for our hungry appetites (Picture: Big bowl with jasmine rice and lemongrass beef curry)
