By far the best Nando's we've had. We went tonight after a long day trading at the NEC Festive Gift Fair. Firstly we were greeted with a smile and quickly shown to a table. The lad was happy and cheerful and had a bit of banter and laughs. We ordered a full chicken platter and the food was quick, cooked well, and really tasty. We needed salt, this was provided super quick and also peri salt. We'd commented on the chips portion size and this was also quickly rectified. The staff seemed as though nothing was too much but wasn't over bearing at all. Such a pleasant experience all around. The staff here are an absolute credit to the business! We can't even pick out names or individuals, every single staff member was equally as attentive as each other. 100% 5*
From the moment we walked into Nando’s Birmingham, the service was absolutely flawless. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist immediately. The tables were spotless, and the view added a lovely touch to the dining experience. The food was amazing—flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The sides were just as impressive; we enjoyed the chips, rice, and salad. Clean cutlery and crockery were conveniently set up nearby, along with fully stocked sauces, vinegar, salad dressing, and olive oil, all neat and ready to use. Our meals were served with minimal wait, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely be visiting again!
This branch of Nando’s was an amazing visit. One of my favourites for sure. We were greeted by the Nando’s “magician” who did some card tricks for us in the queue for a table (which wasn’t long at all) and we were seated promptly. A lot of the tables and booths were surrounded in stained glass frames and at the back was a cozy cave area with a curved ceiling and low lights. Great vibe in here! Every restaurant is endlessly different. Food ordering was quick at the till, came to our table in 15 minutes if that. I was surprised to see sagres in here on tap! Poured from a pump which means full pints are on offer. Was very satisfied with my visit and hope to come here again!
Went for food today and really enjoyed the platter we had . It was nice to see everyone enjoying life again after being stuck in so long . Food was tasty and staff attentive and helpful. Will be back again soon . We had the boneless platter a refil drink and a frozen yogurt for less than £30. In a nice setting and nice views over lake . Parking is 2.50 for up to 12 hours at resorts world .
