   Went in here a month ago and woman staff member was really rude thought she might have just been having a bad day. But again today went in and the same lady her customer service is shocking and her attitude stinks honestly won't even bother next time I'll go my local one instead. Never left a Google review but think the franchise owner needs to sort there staff out

   Shopping day? So the good option to eat is subway, because have good prices and space to have a sit and enjoy your meal. We know that subway have many options of sandwiches, I had one with beef, jalapeños, cheese, cucumber and tomato. Was very quiet so is nice have a lunch with no to much noise around you. The staff is okay, for be so quite I will expect best customer service, but maybe they were busy with another activities. But if you has been having a busy day doing shopping, is highly recommended. Because you can upgrade any sandwich to a meal for £2.50 more. If you eat there you can have refill of your drink.

   The most HORRENDOUS subway. No menus, when you ask for one, you get attitude from the staff. Staff very unhelpful and care even less about the food theyre serving to customers. Spent money on a subway I can't eat as it doesn't look edible, just slop in a baguette. One cross customer who will never visit this subway again!!!

   Extremely rude staff mainly the manager. I came back to the shop to have a refund on my sandwich which was incorrectly done .when I told him what I wanted he started getting aggressive .I then told him he had poor customer care and needed to have respect to his paying customers well this must have switched something in his head as he went nuts and grabbed my sandwich which was still mine .squashed it up and chucked in in the bin. This is now classed as robbery as he has taken it from me without my consent .I told him I was going to report him to the police he just looked at me and muttered something under this breath and walked off .He is the most rudest person I have ever came across in the retail /food environment ever . And I did contact 101 and iam waiting to see what the out come is.This shouldn't have turned out like this and I hope this never happens to anyone else.please be carefull when asking for a refund as this may happen to you .

   Friendly enough service from the two female members of the team. Once again, no cookie and coffee offer, so I settled for a latte at £1.70 Good music in the background.
