Ordered some food from here and they took my money and didn’t deliver any of my food because they decided to close whilst the driver was on route to them due to someone smashing the drive through window, they could’ve notified me about this really.
Dont go here unless you want food poisoning. The food is uncooked and served cold. All went in the bin. Staff mostly dont speqk fluent english so the order had to be repeated until understood. Please dont eat from rhis mcdonalds or you will end up ill
Food orders is 9.9/10 always wrong then the process to complain or get items back/refund is non existent. Missing milkshake to just get told this order isn’t eligible for a refund great next time I’ll transfer money into the employees bank account then shall I? Try to phone the store up they’ve turned there store phone off probably because they’re aware of their lack of care or just severely incompetent. Worse branch in the area needs severe maintenance and new management clearly…
Disgusted! Ordered at the drive through, not the first time they’ve forgotten items! Had to go back round as 3 items were missed and wrong drinks were given. We’ve just almost thrown up over the burgers. They were practically raw, the second patty has pink to it! Patty’s are about half the size of the burger. ( does this look worth over £8 a meal?) Barely any salad to them and just look like they’ve thrown it in a box and not even prepared it properly. Do not recommend and will not be going again!
Very busy branch but the loveliest McDonald's staff I have come across. Cleveland and Sam were especially helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of them. You are very lucky to have these two amazing men as employees.
Don't visit often but today our son requested a visit for his birthday. We placed a 'to table' order via the screens and took our seats. After 30 minutes our order had still not arrived so we went to enquire at the counter and returned to our seats. A few minutes later a member of staff beckoned one of our party to collect the order from the main counter. So much for table service. On opening our order we discovered that the order was not only Luke warm but also incorrect. wrong item in one of the meals, one large meal had a medium fries instead of large and the dipping sauces were missing. We collected the sauces but chose to not get replacement items as we were already nearly 40 minutes into our one hour parking limitation. I have previously had a delivery order arrive at my home faster than this order took to arrive at our table which is astonishing and it makes me wonder if deliveries are giving priority over customers that visit the restaurant in person. Overall the visit was a disappointment and if it hadn't been for the fact it was our child's birthday request to visit we would have requested a refund after our lengthy wait and chosen to visit the nearby KFC instead. The only reason I have given 1 star is that the person cleaning/tidying the dining area was very pleasant and polite. However I can't see us visiting this branch of McDonalds again in a hurry
Terrible - only ordered via the app as they had an offer on. Got to the drive thru but no code came up. One of the young girls got the duty manager who took a look at my phone - said he wasn't sure what was going on with it but I could order through the window - explained that we'd only ordered because of the discount on the app was told there was nothing they could do. What a waste of time and petrol. Can't complain to them as there seems to be no way of doing that apart from ringing and speaking to the management team and we spoke to him today. Last time we ordered it was cold when delivered so we're given them a second chance anyway. Safe to say they've lost our custom for the future.
Have been here numerous times and as of yet I haven't received slow service. There's umpteen delivery drivers waiting to collect delivery items. From May 17 this may change when the restaurant should be fully open. Today I had a cappuccino and watched the news for two minutes whilst I waited. Good coffee, but not quite a full cup
