Worst quality of food we have ever had and we really like FG and have been several times. Burger order was wrong! Included tomatoes when none on request. Chips tastes really dry regardless of how big the portion is. Too much going on to take anything back. May not visit again
Unfortunately this branch from what I know isn’t halal so I thought I’d get some fries and a shake while I’m here. It’s true what they say about their portion sizes, the small fries were essentially like a large. Very tasty I got the peri salted type ones, paired really nice with some ketchup. The shakes are really tasty but super thick you can’t even drink them do a while or you risk ruining the straw. Not bad for a quick craving of fries when you’re here.
Food is amazing, the milkshakes are really nice. The manager she was lovely and polite and friendly when she Served us. Burgers are delicious and fries and food is served hot what I like. Great value and would recommend five guys in Solihull.
Me and my wife decided to had lunch at five guys yesterday since we had not had it in a long time. And i must say it did not disappoint. The lady who served us was very nice to us. And the food was just on point everything from the burgers to the fries were nice. So definitely will come back.
We walked in and it wasn't busy but four very busy faces were very proactively checking to see when we were ready to order. Served within 20 seconds which was good. Delicious burgers, fries were a tiny bit spicey. Well made burger. I also couldn't work out how to get water out of the machine and the chef happily helped me. Only downside was they put gurkins instead of lettuce in my burger and forgot to add fries but it was delicious. In fairness he went through the order on the screen and I didn't realise so my bad as well.
Found in the shopping centre. It has indoor seating, plus a few seats outside the front door, and in the shopping centre area, although these were currently shut off when visiting on a Saturday afternoon. Service was fast and efficient. Food was up to standard of other five guys stores..
Real handmade taste. Staff are friendly, it's always busy, sometimes a long wait but well worth it. What can I say!! The burger is packed with real meaty flavour and the skin on fries are the best out of all the fast food places. Yes, you can get a maccies cheaper, yes, BK burgers look bigger, but they just don't compare for me! I have to travel to get one, so its a real treat and I always look forward to it.
Five Guys, I would like to keep it simple. They're the best burger in town. It's always pleasant to go dine in even though it's only a fastfood chain. The staff I found in general across different branches were polite and pleasant. My children know their burgers and they loved Five Guys more than any burgers in town.
