my food took 25 minutes to come out my cheesy chips had no cheese on and my burger had just chicken no sauce no lettuce no thing even though i asked for it on my meal it's a joke
Suggested to download the apps for the latest offer. I enjoyed the complimentry Whopper, offered to the first purchase. The food is great, marvellous, together with the refilled soft drink. However, I would appreciate if the teens didn't smoke e-cigarettes indoor.
Sometimes customers service at fast food restaurants is not so good. But I have a really nice experience in this branch, staff very friendly, and one Whopper is always a wonderful option to eat. Specially if you have the app, because you can redeem your offers at the till, and also if you order in the screen you can pay in cash when your order is ready. The place was impeccable clean, and this means the food safety is very important for them.
Service is efficient, food is good, place has been fairly clean despite being busy the few times I've visited. Pretty much in line with the standards I expect from a Burger King. Fairly spacious as well, so not too difficult to find a seat during the lunchtime rush if you're eating in. You can get 20% off your bill if you have a Solihull BID card.
Bun was stale, chips were cold. They'd no diet coke. How the hell do you run out of diet coke? Self serve soft drink machine not intuitive, I had to call at the unstaffed counter for assistance with it. Member of staff did come and show me when asked. No receipts from the self order point machine
Fries were piping hot. Whopper was just about warm. It has been a few years since I have been in Burger King. It will be a few more before I go again. Not to worry we are only 2 customers so nothing much lost lookig forward. Why cant customers put their rubbish in the bin? They must live in sh1t tips. They remember their phone.
I Bought a Vegan Whopper Burger meal and a Vegan Chicken Royale meal. The food was awful tasteless and cold, the Burger Bun was stale and Broke and Crumbled into bits, the Cheese was stone solid cold straight out the fridge freezer. Both meals were awful and a Total waste of money totally upset. Never Again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE (BURGER KING SOLIHULL) VERY POOR FOOD QUALITY SERIOUSLY
What a big waste of money. Terrible appearance also. The whole thing was cold. My food looked like it got thrown around in a washing machine and then given to me.
Awful food! Bun was stale broke up when i picked it up and patties cold.. fries were cold.. I expect food to be cold when having food delivered to my home.. but not when I'm actually ordering and eating in! Burger King was my fave... until today :(
