Visited more times than I can count. The food, ambiance, service and drinks are all superb. Bayron the waiter is attentive, professional and humorous. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Superb. Big portions, big flavour, great value.
I ordered Special Mega Mix which to their credit was priced suitably to the amount of food we got. Sorry I should say Rice. The majority of the meat plate was bland rice. It comes with 4 cold sides which I picked online and was looking forward to having. Instead I was given 4 of whatever they had in the kitchen which wasn't correct. When I called to let them know, both employees were rude, dismissive and refused to apologise with one stating "what does he want me to do?" Appalled at the service, appalled at the portion size. Will never return and will go to Turk Nazz in Shirley who are much nicer and tastier.
Too expensive for what it is. £52 for a “family platter” see pic for tray of rice and what is meant to be 7 skewers of meats etc. admittedly my fault for expecting more but definitely overpriced for what it is (food is just like in other Turkish places). Hair in chilli sauce too.
Really good food, very tastefull. Staff is really really nice and kind . The store is absolutely beautiful. The only thing is that theres not a lot of meat. But except that , everything is amazing. I will come back (The place is really clean and the food is healthy)
Disappointing service from a very disinterested lady at the end of the phone when I called to inform them that the food delivered is too salty and inedible. She replied by that they don’t add extra salt on food !! Disappointing food and service. from a place i ordered from few times before. Time to look elsewhere.
Great taste and quality to all the food I've had from here.
Had takeaway for 2 on a Saturday night. Staff were all friendly and polite. We had the mega-mix which consisted of a mix of meats, rice, salad, pitta bread and meze. It was all really tasty and well cooked. Too much for 2 of us, would probably be better for 3 or 4. Would definitely order from here again!
