Food would have been beautiful and really tasty but was cold when delivered. Such a shame as if it had been delivered warm/hot it would have been delicious
It is rare we have Chinese if we can not order from here. Amazing food.
I ordered over the phone after viewing their online Just Eat menu - the Shenzhen beef was completely different to what was advertised on their online menu, and to the real thing. It was very disappointing, I asked for a partial refund, I was happy with the rest of the order until one of the partners started screaming down the phone. I just had to hang up. Insane.
Took one and a half hours to deliver. Ordered a thai red and a Thai green curry... This chef had no idea how to cook thai curry...should not be on the menu!!! Both dishes massively over salty...(to the point of making me feel sick!) And tasted absolutely nothing like Thai curry....both dishes tasted the same and the red curry wasnt even red!!
Unfortunately i used to love this place but the quality has really gone downhill. What was once fresh food that tasted incredible has turned into grease and what appears to be just a complete lack of care of quality. Picture attached. Chips fron last night. Really over cooked and dry. Tasted awful. Chow mein greasy and swimming in oil. Plus i found a hair inside the beansprouts. :( prawn crackers tasted old and stale. Sorry guys but it was terrible.
We've ordered from here a few times now and always been impressed with the quality of the food and the speed of the service. We tend to choose chicken, beef and vegetable based dishes and the ingredients always seem to be good quality. I'd recommend this takeaway.
My wife and myself have been visiting here for a number of years and have all ways been impressed with both the quality and the quantity of the food. A warm welcome by Lilly and her staff is the order of the day. So satisfied with The Oriental Jade that we have introduced a number of friends and family here. We have found that when we have ordered meals for delivery they were piping hot and just as delicious as when eating in there. Not one single complaint in over 5 years.
