superb food and outstanding service. Very highly recommended. Went in on a Sunday evening with 8 other people. They'd had a very busy weekend but still went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing meal. Brought out a slice of tiramisu to celebrate one of our parties birthday. Fantastic service and fabulous food. So please we chose to eat here

As a snobby Italian child, I’m a very, very tough critic of Italian food (yes I know) but this was hands down some of the best authentic Italian food I’ve had in a very, very long time. Even my Calabrese born dad and uncles were in heaven. Great owners, great service, and even better food. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Will come back here every time we come to Manchester. Must visit.

Honestly the best authentic Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to! A family run business bringing in flavours from home! Starters and mains were exquisite, the flavours were perfect. Everything was perfectly cooked. Definitely will be visiting again! Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, cutlery was clean! Wheelchair friendly. The owner of the restaurant Giovanni was absolutely wonderful! Lovely host! Very welcoming! Ciao

Came across this place by chance when in Manchester. Was looking for an Italian restaurant and this didn't disappoint. Food was brilliant, one of the best pastas we have had outside Italy. Reasonably priced. It was quiet when we went, about 430pm so good time to go with a baby. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Also added bonus it was very baby friendly with a large and clean baby change area and high chairs on offer.

(update) we visited again - the food came so so quickly. gnocchi was still as delicious, linguine ai frutti di mare was very flavourful, very seafoody. can safely say the food here are consistently excellent. truly deserves more recognition! (first review) we had a birthday dinner here and were all very happy with our visit! the food were all so delicious; i had the caserecce pasta with prawns and pistachio pesto which was fantastic, it had a really nice bite to it as the pasta were al dente. i tried the gnocchi too, and this was the star dish for me as its creamy tomato sauce was seasoned perfectly for the pillowy gnocchi pieces. the linguine with mixed seafood was excellent too, plenty of mussels on the plate. overall it was such a pleasant dinner, the owner and staff were all great, food were all delicious. highly highly recommend this restaurant! i would visit again.

Manchester has a new authentic Italian restaurant in the form of Capri’s Cucina Italiana on King Street - it’s a family owned restaurant that provides true quality with the freshest of ingredients The flavours were absolutely delicious and our favourites were the baked aubergine & potato gnocchi. Not forgetting the nutty chocolates they make in-house that were the beautiful ending that we didn’t need and thoroughly enjoyed
