   Food delivered cold/luke warm. It only takes 4 minutes max. Could've walked there and back quicker, not be ordering again.

   Just had a delivery and absolutely disgusted burnt pizza and the 1 cheesy garlic pizza bread not cooked properly and the other not to bad, mayo mint sauce instead of mint sauce got spoke to rudely when we rand up told it is what it is cos it all goes through a pizza over for 6 minutes, yet 1 burnt 1 undercooked and other ok? Only good thing that came were the wedges. Won't be coming again

   The food is great but delivery is shocking! You can order expecting an hour wait but comes in half an hour or you can order and it be close to 90 minutes. Sometimes so late that half the family are already in bed

   Ordered a pizza and chips to my house. Was stated for it to take 65 minutes. It actually took 95. The chips were fine, but the pizza was black. Totally burnt. I ended up throwing it out. Considering it was half an hour late, it's unacceptable that somebody took it out of the oven and said "yeah, that's fine". It's the first time in a few years that I've ordered from Uno. And I'm questioning whether I do so again in the future So frustrating

   Pizza uno is my favourite pizza place there has been numerous times when they forgot something in my order but the kebabs and pizza is amazing you can tell there fresh and my only other problem is it doesn’t deliver far enough but i understand that so that why its a 4 star

   Very expensive for what you get. Paid £15 for a uno special and only got a tray of kebab meat 2 small salads 2 sauces and 2 pitta bread. Not worth the money. I ordered other things as well which wasn’t nice. Wish we’d gone somewhere else. First and last time coming to here

   waited over a hour and a half for delivery tried to phone throughout understand could be busy but 1 and a half hours on a Tuesday night??? half past 6?? can you answer why?? UberEATS and other delivery services take precedent over telephone orders?? simple answer is for you to reject the order in the first place not to out stretch your staff the poor girl on the phone I'm sure will take a lot of angry customers I feel sorry for her, you should be training her to work the phone properly with wait times expressed, now unfortunately I don't like to write reviews on companies but after blatantly being lied to I feel the need to not be ordering from here and also going to be telling people not to either terrible service and terrible attitude
