Works night out. Recommended to come here for food and a few drinks by a colleague who lives near by. Really enjoyed our night at the Fox. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior, and the restaurant looks like a great place to hold future business meetings and work functions. 8 of us had a meal, ranging from burgers to steak. Everyone enjoyed, particularly the doner burger and all said they’d definitely come back again. Great table service by Lauren who kept our drinks topped up all night and great food prepared by Mel. Definitely worth visiting and value for money.

Been coming here regularly for a while now. Never had a better pint. Would also highly recommend the steak, expertly cooked to your liking by Mel. Lively atmosphere most weekends and for the Villa matches. All round great pub.

Lovely pub! We visit here a lot, the service is always spot on (especially Chloe and Pauline), the Sunday roasts are delicious, the fish & chips are amazing value, the atmosphere is buzzing, live sports are shown or if not your thing there’s a quiet “snug” area, you couldn’t ask for a better village pub. Best pub in Shenstone and the surrounding areas by far!

Met some friends for an impromptu drinks. We didn’t book, but found a nice little table in the bar area. Drink and food menus have a great selection. We weren’t going to eat but were tempted by a selection of the small plates which were perfect as a snack to accompany our drinks and great value for money. I would recommend the chicken goujons, spring rolls and the nachos which are filling and delicious. Bar is clean, well maintained and warm. Served by Holly and Mel who were friendly and knowledgeable.

It was really packed, in bars but staff were just coping, watched food order go to kitchen, 3/4 hour later nothing only one other table they were eating starters & were served mains they appeared to be known by cook, when we chased told only one chief ,we were told 10 mins atleast 1/2 hour served by chief, apology for delay. Advised waitress when she came to table we had only just been served she walked off sayingnothing ! My wife said cod was greasy said old fat used & my peas were undercooked. I had veg burger didn't like it being Smothered in very Sweet chutney but thats a personal thing burger was great . No one asked if things were ok My beer had run out but but had a good alternative. No issues with bar staff very busy but not surprised not many dining. I realise places have difficulty getting staff but not a great experience. New hand dryer was brilliant but holes in wall & dirt along rail was off putting. Picture. Lost picture of undercooked peas .
