   I ordered food yesterday night it was delivered on time but I was really disappointed with the quality of the food my order no was 170484646 I ordered extra hot flavour but it was extreme flavour and the paneer rice was worst I will share pic I wil never order food for here and will suggest to everyone kindly don’t waste your money

   We found a hair in the half and half burger. Not only that, but the beef patty was raw and pinkish. We told Justeat who advised us to contact the restaurant. The restaurant did diddly squat and explained that they cannot do anything but redo the same burger. After finding a HAIR in my food, the last thing I'd want is another item from the place, let alone the same item I found A HAIR IN. After explaining this, he called me a joker and said he couldn't do anything else. I will inform the health department.

   This is by far the worst Rios Piri Piri branch I’ve ever visited. The staff are unprofessional, impatient, and lethargic, barely listening to orders before rushing through them. The food quality is shockingly poor—I question how this location meets UK food safety standards, especially being in a main area. I ordered the "sticky chicken," but the staff clearly had no idea how to serve it. The chicken was dumped into a deep bag, making it impossible to eat as everything stuck to the sides. The chicken itself was terrible—chewy, low-quality, and clearly not fresh. It was a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, I ended up with a stomach ache afterward. Avoid this branch at all costs—there’s no professionalism, no quality control, and no regard for customer satisfaction.

   Go back about 10-12 years (how time flies) and peri peri chicken really was the bees knees. We had pepes, superios, spicy rooster hut did a peri peri chicken and then you had rios of hodge hill. I actually attended their grand opening all those moons ago and remember they had a massive discount. My friends and I just couldn’t get enough of peri peri chicken. Alas, times change. It all seems very average now. I ordered a full chicken in bbq flavour with fries and drink. Chicken was slimy. Fries not too bad. Good if you need a high protein meal.

   Ordered a wings meal through uber eats and it arrived quickly. Once i opened the bag i soon realised i was missing my fries so i gave the shop a call straight away. The man on the phone was very apologetic and dealt with the problem giving me two options. Great customer service which meant i wasnt mad that they missed my fries. The wings were absolutely amazing so flavoursome and the perfect level of spice. Would definitely order again

   Ordered from here for delivery. First off the fries and mozzarella sticks we’re a little cold and hard. The rodeo in itself was nice, presentable and didn’t fall everywhere whilst biting in to it. It was fine but if the fries and mozzarella sticks were hot then it’s be perfect. Delivery didn’t take long for them to be cold like that.

   Going to have to give them a 1* food taste was ok, but my veggie burger was horrendous. Attached images. Salad and mayo...lol running out or something? And the size of the burger...wow, 2 bites. Charging me for a burger meql and giving kids meal. Avoid. They used to be good, but i guess furlough didn't pay too well. Utterly shambolic
