Absolutely Great Pakistani Food – Highly Recommended! Located on Wood End Road, this small restaurant really punches above its weight when it comes to food. It’s a cozy spot with around 24 seats and limited parking for 3–4 cars out front, but there’s plenty more parking nearby. We ordered the medium mixed grill, lamb karahi, chicken biryani, and three naans. The food took a little time, but it was freshly made and worth the wait. The mixed grill was good, especially the fish and kebabs. The lamb karahi was amazing perfectly spiced, tender, and full of flavor, easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken biryani was outstanding, as close as you can get to Student Biryani and at this price, it’s an absolute bargain. I’d go back just for the biryani alone. The naans deserve a special mention, honestly the best I’ve ever had, soft and full of flavour. For the price, quality, and authentic taste, this place is right at the top. Highly recommend for anyone who loves real Pakistani food!

Really glad we decided to give this place a try. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and checked in on us just the right amount. We ordered the small tawa — it was packed with flavour and everything on it was delicious. Each dish complemented the other perfectly. The desi chai at the end was the perfect finish. The place was clean and welcoming, prices were fair, and there were some great in-store offers too. They also take card, which is handy. Definitely worth visiting!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too poor not to share. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear this restaurant is cutting serious corners. What was advertised as “masala fish” turned out to be a bland, cheap piece of haddock with minimal seasoning, wrapped in naan with barely a garnish—just a few onion slices and a sad attempt at salad. It was far from the flavorful, vibrant dish I expected. Things only got worse. The onion bhaji was rubbery, starchy, and completely lacking in flavor. The main course, chicken bhuna, was a disaster—overcooked chicken mixed with mushy tomatoes and onions, swimming in oil. It was difficult to eat and left me feeling quite unwell. The salad that accompanied the meal was laughable: mostly lettuce, one lonely slice of tomato, and a few strips of raw onion. Very poor effort. We also ordered chicken biryani, but after the starters and mains, I couldn’t bring myself to try it. The entire meal was so underwhelming, and the poor quality of food along with the portion sizes certainly didn’t justify the price. To make matters worse, the service left much to be desired. We requested several items from their so-called “updated” menu—mince pasta, gajar halwa, strawberry and bubblegum ice cream, and pink tea—only to be told none of them were available. Frankly, I’m glad they weren’t, given the quality of what we did receive. This place feels like a joke—misleading menus, substandard food, and a lack of basic culinary care. It’s disheartening to see customers being taken advantage of like this. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.

Ordered Saag Paneer and Peshawari Naan. It was very very tasty and big portion. More than enough for a person. Salad was served complimentary. I was looked after very well by the guy. Highly recommended. I will come back again with friends next to try other dishes. Keep it up!

Tasty authentic food at great prices . Had a few items to try and really enjoyed it . But was fairly spicy. I enjoyed but was too spicy for rest of family. I would go again for myself . Food was fresh and good portion.
