   I went in to pick up a food order for delivery. The staff in the kitchen told me it would be ready in 2 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 15 minutes with no update. This isn’t the first time — the service at this particular Piri Fino branch is always chaotic and slow. It’s extremely frustrating, and something really needs to change. Consistent delays like this make it hard for customers and drivers alike.

   Taste pots , tasty but definitely not value for money £8:95 portion, size is too smal contains 6 slices chicken comes in a box then you get a chips separately , they come in smaller containers from what they used to give customers previously and they have put the cost up lol lol absolutely madness how they think customers would never know would I get it again ?    The best chicken spot in Birmingham. Always good customer service. The chicken is always cooked well too, not wetty wetty like some other places. They never usually make mistakes when I order online too, which is a bonus. ps. Love the organic orange juice!

   We had the full chicken and 3 sides and 1 dip(charged extra) The chicken was perfectly cooked and was served in no time after ordering at the till. The peri peri sauce was not great. It has this after taste that isn't great but hey not every chicken place can be like Nandos. The sides were as expected some straight forward Mash Potato, straight cut Chips and Cheese, Tomato Pasta and BBQ wings. I would go here again as an alternative to Nandos.

   Always tasty. But the portions have got ridiculously stingy. The taste box used to be full to the brim and was barely half this time. Also £4.90 for 2 little pieces of halloumi is a joke!

   Friendly staff, fair prices and very tasty food. Peri Fino is a great place to get a quick takeaway and is always made fresh for each order. The chicken is always very tasty and clearly of a good quality. This is a very similar menu to what you might find at Nandos, but is definitely cheaper and easier to get too. Can’t really fault much about it really, all I can say is it might be nice to see some more sides?

   Honestly is the best chicken in Birmingham area. The way is grilled the flavour, the smell it just seems like back home. All the staff are very friendly and the place it's always nice and clean. Definitely recommend to anyone who love a nice grill on weekend.

   Unreliable hygiene standards and poor customer service. First ever order from here with nandos being closed in lockdown. Ordering easy and collection went smooth. Opened up the order at home and the pita bread was mouldy in 3 places. Threw it away, emailed them the next day asking politely for a refund for this item only (£3.20) with pics attached. They commented that the pictures were not consistent with mould, asked if they could have the pita bread back to launch an investigation. I responded that I had thrown the pita bread away but was certain it’s mould (I’m an adult who has encountered mould on bread before, who hasn’t?) been ignored since. Not worth my time chasing for a refund but please avoid. If they are not checking their produce for blatant, large patches of mould then their hygiene standards are clearly poor. I would not trust them to have to adequate covid-19 policies either after experiencing this. See the pictures for yourself.....

   ordered the breast chicken fillet in pitta meal, was told there would be a 10 min wait to complete the order. I was happy to do so as I assumed would be cooked from fresh. Waited approx 8mins for food and went home to eat food. Once I got home I bit straight into the pitta. After 2 or 3 bites I knew it did not taste right. When I actually looked to my horror was uncooked chicken, pink and raw!
