Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences Iβve ever had. From the moment you step inside thereβs a foul stench coming from the meat that instantly tells you all you need to know about this place. The staff are a bunch of cocky patronising men who seem to think degrading customers is part of the service. They speak in Arabic assuming you wonβt understand, throwing around insults and trying to take advantage of people. Unfortunately for them I understood every word. The food is disgusting. Dry, tasteless, clearly old meat that smells like itβs been sitting out for days. Even the chips tasted like theyβd been reheated and mixed with leftovers from the night before. I genuinely donβt understand how this place is still open with so many people sharing the exact same experience. The servers have the worst attitude, rude, dismissive and completely unbothered when you politely raise an issue. If you hate your job that much maybe go find another one instead of taking it out on paying customers. This place is beyond unprofessional, unhygienic and flat out unsafe. They clearly donβt care about their reputation or about basic respect for people. Save yourself the time, money and headache, this place should honestly be investigated and shut down.

We had experienced mixed grill and sea bass Grilled Fish which god. The grilled fish were fresh and full of flavour, and the portions were generous. Restaurant is easily accessible and offering variety of other Middle Eastern and South Asian eateries. They also provide takeaway and delivery services for added convenience

Ordered a sharing platter and a mixed grill Lamb and chicken kofta kebabs was bursting with flavours but unfortunately the rest of the meats on the platter was overly salty to put it mildly, truthfully if it was a little extra salty, it could have been fixed with dipping it in the sauces, but this was way too much salt Left the premises very disappointed

We stopped by for a Lebanese breakfast and ended up trying both the Lebanese and English breakfast options. The food was freshly cooked, reasonably priced, and had good flavour. The portion of fries was generous, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. The restaurantβs Lebanese decor and ambience added a unique and pleasant touch to the experience. With plenty of seating available, itβs a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.

Walked in, and I asked the brother behind the counter if they did the roast chicken in a bespoke way, as I didn't want the fries or rice. He responded yes no problem. Sat down and told the waiter what I wanted, it was very simple, I wanted half-chicken with hummus and salad and the bread. The guy was just surprised and confused. It was a simple request. He said,'You could only have one either rice fries hummus or salad'. He did himself a favour by saying 'OK ill do it for you this time'. All that fuss for OK food. Nothing spectacular at all. When I went up to ask for more bread (happy to pay), he had such a look of surprise and disgust and said OK. Bread didn't arrive, went over to the other chef who was too busy peering into the other table's convo, and he gave me another piece of bread. Food was OK, atmosphere nice, but service had a bit too much attitude from the waiter and they'd forgotten to give the bread or just didn't want to. Won't visit again, but the food was decent enough.

Beautiful food. We stumbled across this place accidentally and were blown away. It wasn't greasy and though I was full I fell good. Very very good food!

Service was good. Very nice brothers working St the restaurant. Good atmosphere and decor. Very family friendly. Portion sizes were good and has good variety. Pricing is very decent - kebabs could do with a little extra seasoning and cooked a bit less but overall alhamdulillah good experience and food quality.

We went here for lunch on a weekend and found the place to be quite nice. They seemed under staffed but the lady serving us was incredibly polite and hard working. We ordered a deal for 2 which was very worth it for Β£14.99. We got half a grill chicken, Mandi, and some Shawarma on a bed of rice. The grill chicken was nice and flavorful and the rice were very well cooked. However the Mandi lacked taste perhaps because it was not seasoned well. Their sauces were very nice though. For the price I really like this place and the people working here are very nice.

Lovely deco.. Good layout, spacious. Customer service was very good. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and was good with his recommendations. We ordered a mix platter for 2..the rice was ok.. Not fresh, but edible. The skews were ok, dry, which shouldn't be the case. Not enough sauce, or a selection. Over all, food is ok but for grill it doesn't need to be a little more tender.

Visited to bite some Lebanese food and friendly stuff welcoming at the front. After checking menu see mainly grill food less special food. Also drink section wasn't on the menu. Spacey place and they accept card payment if it is over 10Β£ otherwise prefer cash. on Coventry road Mainly places over there prefer cash it is good thing tbh. Food was okay, but soup of day lentil one was nice.
