I order from here on Deliveroo on a regular basis - around 1-2x a week for some time. The concept is great, but they have been have become incredibly inconsistent with the portions of things lately. I'm starting to feel like the value proposition just isn't there, e.g. charging Β£9.95 for a small croffle dessert and topping it with 4 paper thin slithers of strawberry, 3 blueberries, and maybe 2-3 teaspoons equivalent of sorbet on the one I recieved today. I can recieve half the amount of food in one order vs another; sometimes a container is completely full, and maybe 20% full other times. Components have previously been missing from my orders, for example avocado/kimchi in rice bowls. The quality control is also starting to lack. There was a sharp chicken bone in my rice bowl today and I've cut the back of my throat nearly swallowing it. I'm a very short drive from the restaurant, yet the order can take 30-40 minutes and arrive cold. I always have to reheat the food, which in itself isn't unusual, but putting everything together feels disappointing. The menu features a lot of aggressive upcharges, and from a consumer psychology standpoint the tiny 'small' being the standard size for an Β£11 rice bowl and 'regular' being an additional Β£3 doesn't make sense. In general it's just very hit or miss now, and I find myself questioning why I've just paid Β£20 (Β£27 without the discount!) for what is effectively a bowl of rice with a small amount of chicken, and a croissant with chocolate sauce on. I shouldn't still be hungry after paying Β£20 for a meal! If it's an issue of constantly having to compromise on portion sizes due to demand, maybe review the volume of stock you're ordering or implement some SOPs for weights and measures of ingredients? Or maybe other customers are voting with their feet and the above issues are a reflection of trying to reduce the impact on the bottom line? They've also stopped giving chopsticks when I ask for cutlery which seems like a weird move for an Asian restaurant. It's a real shame as I genuinely really love this restaurant and am a loyal customer - I know how good it can be - but this is probably not going to be a regular order for me any more.

Well what a let down! Arrived 11:30 on a Friday morning and the place was empty apart from one worker. Places our order on the website and nothing happened. Had to go up and collect our drinks. At this point we found out that they were awaiting deliveries of our choices and had to choose something else. Then enquired how long our order would take. Staff member could not find it - so she had not started preparing it. After this debacle, it was 45 in all since order was placed to food arriving. The food was great, but service matters and if you are going to run a waiter-less restaurant then you would have thought the basics need to be right in terms of orders getting through to the kitchen. Not worth the money because of the shoddy lack of service and extensive waiting time and have no plans to be back. To add insult to injury, those who arrived after us had their meals brought out first.

Chicken wings were tasty - would recommend Customer service was great and gave us dumplings samples chicken didn't have any flavour but lamb was good. Matcha was meh - oat milk was too over powering and the strawberry tasted like the Strawberry sauce you put over ice cream cones

This place is a hidden gem! Would never have known about it if it wasn’t for Deliveroo. I’ve only ever tried the rice and noodle bowls as they are a real taste sensation. Below you see photos of the fire noodles and the gochujang rice bowl both with chicken option. These are stuffed with ingredients like avocado, mushrooms, chilli, beetroot, spring onions etc. All are super fresh and they use some unique sauces. I highly recommend the avocado sauce and fire broth. However clouds might be forming. My last order I noticed the bowls are smaller, they no longer offer a go large option and they have less ingredients. This place isn’t cheap and prices have gone up. I would order much more regularly if prices were lower. I heard these bowls started off at Β£8 but are now Β£14 for a standard size and can easily hit Β£18 once extras are added.

Variety of different Korean - inspired dishes including bao and various rice/veg/meat bowls. They also do smoothies, shakes, lattes and teas. Fine for lunch. Nice enough in the cafe/restaurant, bright and airy

Enjoyed the chicken Buldak. Nicely spiced and clean food. Shakes were well made and went down well to compliment the spicey food. My friend had a another dish which was not as flavoursome but over all a good clean place to eat will possibly be trying it again.

The food looks amazing but you tuck in and its a little meh. Had the fire broth chicken and buldak chicken. The former was a let down, definitely very tame on the heat and just lacking the flavour punch that you expect when reading the menu - promises the world and does not deliver at all. To sum it up, bland. The buldak chicken did receive good reviews from the rest of our party. The quenchers / shakes all went down a treat, definitely get one of these with your order. The service is great, the place spotless and very welcoming. Love the nutritional info on the menu. Overall worth popping in if you're in the area, just keep your expectations in check.

Grounded and Well-rounded I was put off visiting Grounded Kitchen. Its billboard shouted β€œI’m a chain, get in the queue and wait for a robot to take your order. Your 3d printed food will be available at delivery box A”. I bit my lip, popped inside and ordered at the McDonalds style kitchen kiosk. The interior has that inorganic, manufactured feel to it. It doesn’t fit in with other bohemian Moseley Village businesses. Saying that, it is well laid out and comfy. The proof of the pudding was the produce. My Raw Cacao Latte was enjoyable and the menu choices were exciting. It just needs more… moose busts, neon lights and silly signage!
