Very nice treat for a Friday night. Really nice food and very nice and friendly staff and manager. Nice and clean and a pleasant experience for the family. Wasn't expecting the 4 FREE desserts as we spent on average £10 per person.
Ordered spicy filet and got steak I never ate processed chicken in my life and they says this is fillet burger we make… they need to learn how to make a fillet
The food is out of this world. The service and staff are really kind and the place is clean and modern. They have a lot of food options and have new deals every month.
The staff showed amazing customer service and were polite and respectful. The seating area was clean and tidy. The food was also fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend if you’re in the local area. The prices are also reasonable.
I'm seriously impressed with Slam Burger's customer service! They turned a potential problem into a positive experience. Even though there was a mix-up with my order, they were quick to fix it, and went the extra mile to make things right. Their willingness to help and their generosity really stood out. Been here a number of times. Customer service is really good. Nice and clean place. Thought I try out the Classic Smash burger as they just recently added Smash burgers on their menu. Unfortunately it didn't hit the spot. Had smash burgers from many a different place and this truthfully would rank near the bottom of the list. Definitely visit again in the future but definitely wouldn't get a classic smash burger. Like I said it's just my opinion and everyone's taste buds are different. All previous visits I enjoyed the meal which I've ordered but not on this occasion.
A very busy but calm Friday night (12am). The establishment is very clean, spacious and inviting. The interior decor, design of the store, seating and general graphics of the menu and displays is 10/10. The Slamburger store now occupies two units; the other side is full of seating and a restroom in the corner. The seating was very comfortable and there was a section for kids for smaller with games on tablets. A very family friendly place. We quizzed the server quite a bit on the menu and they were very honest and upfront. We ordered the Big Slam (Peri Chicken) as a meal with drink. The fries were piping hot and fresh - high quality. The chicken was tasty, the salad exceptional and the buns very soft. No corners were cut in of the ingredients that made up the burger. I will revisit again, as the menu seems to be more jam packed and appealing than my local Alum Rock Road branch. I've downgraded by 1 ⭐ as there is nothing remotely spicy available on the menu. The spicy fillet chicken is not that spicy and as per my conversation with the server, there isn't anything remotely spicy but they do provide hot dips. If you're going to serve a vastly populous South Asian community, you need to have spicy food (*adding sauce, does not count).
Super Fast Food Slam Burgers at the heart of Balti Triangle on the ladypool road food hub in Birmingham. Tasted the best and most popular chicken and beef mix grilled whopper. I’ll s kighty meaty super tasty tender and juicy burger. Big yet light, really doesn’t feel like heavy. Food onion rings, good mozzarella sticks. Nice kids meal also. Reasonably priced. Modern ambiance. Clean, tidy restaurant. Highly recommended
Nice selection of flame grilled burgers. Good portion and reasonable price. The service was quick and the staff are friendly. We ordered beef wooper, double cheese burger and supreme burger and they were all good :)
