    This is by far the slowest subway I have ever visited, I can only presume that using your kiosk to order your food means the staff can be very lazy behind the scenes because it took 28 minutes to get my order. This must be a new EV subway for all those unfortunate people with an electric car that have to spend 30 minutes at the services - if you have an EV, this is the perfect place to go as you can wait 30 minutes waiting for a cold awful sandwich, Unfortunately, as I own a combustible engine, I do not want to hang around for 28 minutes when it should’ve taken two minutes!!!! I was literally standing in the queue while one employee looked dazed and confused, staring at customers not making sandwiches - people entered, KFC or Burger King order their nails and we’re halfway through eating them when I barely got my cold sandwich that should’ve been toasted. The filling was absolutely horrible and you barely got any meat in the sandwich. It was a complete waste of 28 minutes of my life and I will probably never go back there again, I would suggest you use one of the other shops that will give you quicker access to what you’ve ordered.

    I recently ordered from Subway and had a very disappointing experience. My sub was burned twice, and both times it was served broken in the middle. When I raised the issue, the staff member named Paul was extremely rude, and the lady manager did not handle the situation professionally either.It felt like the staff had no interest in providing good service, which completely ruined my experience. As a regular customer, I expect basic quality food and respectful serviceβ€”neither of which I received.I strongly request Subway management to take this seriously: please review the staff at this location, provide proper training, and ensure customers are treated with respect. With the current team, I would never consider visiting this branch again.

    Very rude manager. Just ask politely if I'd mind putting the receipt in the bin that I placed with the other pile of receipts rather than being so passive aggressive and making yourself look the bad one in front of your staff. Id have been the embarrassed one then and apologised! Also try to smile a bit. Did you reduce the number of meatballs because I upset you? Or is that the new policy now we can't see you making them. Subway can you send the manager on a customer service course, or maybe just get rid of them, she obviously doesn't want to be there. By the way you also left the other receipts. 17:20 on the 9th September 2025.

    Self service idea is a poor idea. The whole concept of subway was 'healthier' and make your own looking at the ingredients. This is just an idea to reduce staffing. Also hiding the items behind the glass with wrap, another cost saving exercise so you dont see what's going on behind it

    Stopped here on a long drive on the way back from a university open day. Service was quick, despite only 1 worker being there and it being fairly busy. Subway has been more expensive recently but the food is still too quality, it is your typical subway though, nothing unique about it when compared to other ones. Would recommend if you like subway.

    Great friendly service from the team, took their time preparing the subs to our orders. All wrapped up nicely (unlike other locations where subs are thrown together). Prices not too high compared with high street locations.

    Service without a smile …… Given 2 options for Nachos, asked for one of each , when asked at till which was which, response was a shrug of the shoulders and β€œI dunno” , the cashier then sniffed them to identify them??? On getting back to the car - they hadn’t been heated they were stone cold - Not to mention 4 members of staff, all with no sense of urgency and all just wondering around aimlessly. Everyone in queue getting frustrated and numerous losing the will and just going somewhere else .

    The staff here are agitated and miserable. The service was very slow and the question are often long at this subway branch. I felt they were understaffed and not motivated in the slightest. I feel that there may be a management issue occuring here. It definitely needs sorting asap!
