   In our 20 years of being customers, food from this joint can be quite nice... if they decide to deliver it. Today was the 3rd time in recent months where Fortune House have made us wait nearly 2 hours for our dinner (family of 4). And they always blame it on the drivers. The last time, they had to remake our entire order because some driver just vamoosed with it all. And the cherry on top, today's driver didn't have any change to give us, because they only seem to deal in cash if you call them directly and don't fuss about with apps like just eat. So thanks Fortune House. The family is now upset, greatly dissatisfied and I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere. An explanation for these mishaps from management would be lovely, but considering you can't keep your customers updated when delivering, I don't expect one.

   Ordered 1h ago says food has been delivered but i got nothing absolutely ridiculous. Every-time I called the restaurant they kept saying 5-10 minutes!!!! Need a refund on a food that says been delivered and got nothing . Disappointing

   DO NOT USE!! food ordered almost 2 hours ago. Still nothing here. The restaurant is just engaged when you call them or the phone just rings out. Had to raise it with Just Eat as I couldn’t contact the restaurant. Can’t comment on the quality of the food as it never arrived

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. How this place has 4.5 rating on Uber is beyond me. Took 2 hours to deliver. Got here cold, dry and tastes of nothing. Can tell they’ve refried or microwaved the ribs over and over the and ‘salt and pepper chips’. Honestly the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever ordered. 0/10.

   Ordered, 1 hour later I called back the shop. They told me MY own address and confirmed my order. Then to tell me it was ordered for collection after they already had my address? The order got reordered which they added £3 to. After this my food came in less then five minutes. It was freezing cold and my fried rice was missing. I make the call to make the restaurant aware of the situation. After this I was told my food was hot and he “touched it himself” he was very arrogant and constantly repeated himself telling me it was hot and we should never order from this place again. As I paid £21.20 for this food I was livid and I was then told to either put it in the bin or eat it. I then asked that if I’m going to put it in the bin will I get my money back he said no and told me never to order again and put the phone down. Terrible service and I do not recommend this place whatsoever

   This restaurant does have nice food but delivery times can be excessive at times. But Jay the customer service agent who takes your order is second to none. Without this man this restaurant can not function. He is kind, caring, courtious and provides outstanding customer service. No job is to big he listens and supports you through your order and has outstanding menu knowledge. Big up Jay. Words can't express how great your skills are thank you. Other staff in this restaurant have no customer service skills and are rude and very frustrating. You are a true asset Jay to this takeaway and should be appreciated for your work abundantly as this takeaway would lose £1000's of pounds without you.

   Ordered and took 1 hours food was freezing cold and gave me the wrong order, so i called them and they brought me the right order. But gave my partner food poisoning he has been throwing up for 8 hours straight never ordering for here again.

   Delivery times under estimated, ordered at 8:30, arrived at 10:30. Restaurant not up front about order, after calling after the latest estimated arrival time had passed I was told it was already on it's way, the meal arrived 35 minutes after this. Item missing and the hot crispy chicken was effectively deep fried bones.
