   Absolutely dire. Ordered a chicken tikka kebab sent plain chicken and the nan bread was dryer than the Sahara desert. Used to be a good takeaway not anymore it seems!

   DON'T PREORDER YOUR FOOD YOU'LL GET IT 4 AND HALF HOURS EARLY Really annoyed me preordered for when my partner got home from work and received it far too early now have to rewarm it which will be like cardboard to eat even said on top of the receipt big numbers what time it was ordered for had to accept it otherwise they probably wouldn't have come back at the right time

   Paid £26 for our order of doner kebab, chicken kebab, cheesy garlic bread and chicken and chips. What we got was cheesy garlic bread, 2 portions of chips and a slice of chocolate gateaux. Not our order nor worth £26! If you can't fulfil an order simply reject it. Will be contacting for a full refund!

   Taken to long for delivery ABSOLUTELY RUDE ON THE PHONE MAKING OUT WE PUT WRONG ADDRESS LIKE I DONT KNOW MY OWN ADDRESS NEED TO GET PROPER DELIVERY DRIVERS THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHERE THERE GOING. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN .. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD AVOID THIS PLACE!! Need to learn a few manners

   Been ordering from here for years. Tonight the service was absolutely disgusting. Arguing with me about an app they say doesn't work yet I order off it every week. Put phone down on me a few times when I was asking where my food was because it was 45 min late. Telling me I was a liar on the phone because there app doesn't work an when I say my food has just arrived he put phone down on me an would not pick it back up. The delivery lady didn't know what to do as she saw me trying to phone back an they kept Putting phone down on me.

   Simply horrible ! Ordered 2x kebabs and a pizza. Daughter up all night feeling sick after pizza, the chicken tikka kebabs was never tikka, looked more like bbq sauce poured over basic chicken. Took over an hour and arrived cold. Delivery driver was miserable like the food. I will not order from here again !

   Ordered a pizza and garlic bread with cheese @ 930pm on their website. I received an email confirmation 2mins later advising my order has been delayed by half hour?! I rang the shop, explained this and was told this is an error and the food will be delivered within 30-45mins (so 10:15pm). By 10:20pm no food so I rang the shop again to be told my food is nearly ready and the driver is waiting to bring it so it will be 1030pm for delivery. I said if it's not here by 1030pm I don't want it. It turned up @ 10:38pm and I told the driver to go for the reasons above. Tip to the management of Chicago Pizza... never tell lies to a paying customer just to try and get your money, it doesn't work, especially when they were going to pay cash on delivery like I was!
