   I have been going to Pepe's since Sept 2005 & have always had good food. Today i ordered a pizza and some chips only to find that they were cold, but my hunger was overwhelming. The food order that came to £14.00 was not value for money. I decided to phone Pepe's and make a complaint. I explained to the lady on the phone, and the response was "well it's not my fault" Having been in customer service for a few years, this was not the typical response of somebody that is skilled at their job. I asked for the manager & all he did was offer me £10.00 back for soggy cold chips & a cold pizza. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT FROM THERE.

   The food as ok but there was no dips or no sauce with it as i order first time plus there was something that was on fries it was stuck inside it

   Delivery was on time and food was hot! However, we ordered a medium pizza, when it arrived it came in a 10" pizza which is usually a small pizza at most pizza places, but the main shock wasn't over, the pizza inside was even smaller, made the box look too big, no more than 8" at best. Not worth it at all.

   About 1 year ago I went there for food the next day i could NOT get off the tolet not pleasant, you don't need to know the rest but as I had eaten earlier i couldn't put it down on pepe's so afew months later i went again and gest what the exact same and once again on tolet and once again i had eaten elsewhere so couldn't make my mind up, BUT YESTERDAY LIKE A DIV I WENT AGAIN BUT THIS TIME THAT IS THE ONLY THING I EATEN THAT DAY 2/6/21 AND GUEST WHAT TODAY CAN'T GET OFF THE TOLET, THEY IS NO WAY I'M EATING THEY AGAIN NO NO NO, IF ANYONE WANTS TO EAT THEY THEN YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN IF I WAS YOU.... if i could give NO stars i would

   Had pizza's at pepe's for year's won't go anywhere else for takeaway pizza's I've made pizza's at home but not as good as pepe's, the pizza base and toppings are so tasty, everyone at pepe's are lovely and friendly and helpful we have them nearly every week, so they usually know what pizza we want would definitely recommend pepe's pizza's

   Absolutely divine. The pizza base is fluffy and light and the cheese is stringgy and creamy. utterly tastey. Would not dream of ordering pizza from anywhere else.
