   If I could rate you nothing I would, this business doesn’t deserve any stars and I don’t even know how it’s kept in business. The chips are scraps, cold and taste absolutely vile and over priced. I was not well for two days and that’s the only thing I ate on that day! I wish I checked reviews beforehand. I would NOT recommend to eat here! Be cautious!

   I have ordered from here many times and had no issues at all. The portions are a good size we usually get the chicken kebab wraps. We ordered 2 recently and I bit in to it and felt something hard on my teeth I thought it must be a bone so took a smaller bite and went to pick it out to find it was the end of a car/house key the metal part. I immediately spat out my food and threw the wrap in the bin. No idea how that could have even ended up in the wrap but despite always been nice chicken kebab wraps it has definitely put me off and made me feel sickly. Glad it was my wrap and not my ten year olds who could have choked on it. He enjoyed his wrap though and was as nice as usual. It's only this reason I won't use again!

   Ordered via their own app at 19:57 (time order was completed) and at half 9 I had to call to check on the order...on a TUESDAY. Guy said he would check on the order...I was literally waiting 4 minutes before he came back and said "yeah, sorry, we'll get it to you as soon as possible" This is their own app that they want you to order through?! They close at 10pm on a Tuesday! They tell me "soon as possible"? mate, you close in less than half an hour and my food was ordered over 90 minutes ago on a random Tuesday, why isn't my food already on the way? Food finally arrived at 21:48...just reminder, the order,payment etc through THEIR app was all done at 19:57... Driver didn't even offer any apologies, didn't say anything, just handed me my food and turned away. Shocking.

   I ordered fish with chips, salt and vinegar, there was no salt and there was no vinegar!! I ordered a doner kebab with a salad I didn't get!! I ordered a burger with a salad that I didn't get and with mayonnaise sauce in return I got plain ketchup!!! The waiting time is a drama not the whole 2 hours of waiting the order did not match!! I advise you to open your eyes!!! I do not recommend!!!

   Got 2 mixed kebabs 1 with chips & both with salad only the one with the chips had salad well mainly cucumber also if you ask for a mixed kebab it normally comes with a pitta it was discusting food & flat cold

   Nice and clean not bad needs bit of improving tried fish first wasnt good too skinny fish are ment to be chunky in my opinion, and chips bit raw but tried theirs chicken wraps they banging, nice and friendly staff and cooked fresh bit improvement and practice be best fishy around

   Best fish shop in castleford, the fish is beautiful and the chips are so nice. My son loves the nuggets. Its not can we go to mcdonald's anymore, it's can we go to the fish bar. The staff are so friendly. Prices are really good, cheapest around and you get good portions. Thankyou
