   Ordered 7pm, said it would be 40-50 minutes after an hour we rang, said it would be 5 minutes. After another 20 we rang back, said it would be 10 minutes. It was after 9pm we received the food and everything was cold. They apologised and said they only had one driver, but why accept delivery orders if this was the case? Seems genuinely apologetic but daft to make this decision. Told us we ordered again and rang they’d “sort us out” not sure what ambiguous ‘compensation’ this was but it was odd.

   Absolutely disgusting service on the phone!!! Refused orders that are in Wakefield but Just Eat allowed them to be placed. It was all based on trying to order at late at night!! They should be more on the ball with using Just Eat then allowing orders to go through if they didn't want to take orders. Saying they can't deliver because they only cover a 3 mile radius and my address was 5 miles. Seen too many bad reviews on their town fb page anyways so glad I didn't get food from there!!

   Food less than average, not worth £71 for 3 adults and 1 child! Queried bill and everything priced higher than On menu. Won't return. Toilets very grim, place freezing.

   Ordered a takeaway tonight, have previously ate in the restaurant a couple of years ago and was nice. Chicken nambali meant to have chicken tikka in, was bland boiled chicken with a bit of cheese, no flavour at all. Chicken makani tastless no flavour. Soggy chios and chicken pakora and to top it off my 6 year old daughters kebab and chips was off!!! The kebab smelt rancid, was grey undercooked and smelled rotten! Will not be ordering again. £30 down drain

   I have ordered many times from Arooje and always was delicious but yesterday first-time was disepointed. Chees naans was without chees, grilled fish didn't taste like before.
