   Ordered off Deliveroo twice and had the order cancelled twice saying items were not available. I had to call them up on the phone to get the real story which was they couldn’t be bothered to delivery my order as it was too far and too small of an order also. They shouldn’t advertise themselves of Deliveroo if they are not prepared to deliver to Kings Norton or accept orders around £10,. Very bad customer service, I will not be trying to order off these again.

   After numerous calls advising it would be with you in few minutes then 10 mins later driver has just left. Still no delivery then once I said I would cancel they then called the driver. Order arrived over an hour later than estimated then be told 2 portions of chips in one tiny box. Definately will not be ordering from here again.

   FIRE VEGAN PIZZAS, EVERY TIME! Thank you Caprinos for having a consistently delicious vegan option in Rubery :) all of the vegan replacement meats they do taste amazing and their cheese is great too. I love the BBQ base as well. LOVE Caprinos!

   Waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Number on Deliveroo went to some guy who knew nothing about it. Number found on Google rings and rings and nobody answers. Food came burnt and stone cold and a size smaller than I ordered. Never again.

   Lovely pizza, reasonable value and friendly staff. However, be warned - the phone number on the take away menu issued by the Rubery restaurant, listed underneath the Rubery address, is NOT the Rubery phone number. It is Sutton Coldfield! But according to the staff member who served me this is normal because it's a franchise. God only knows how many uncollected orders Sutton gets!!!
