Partner got food poisoning from the Sweet and Sour Chicken, was very disappointed as we go here occasionally. Will not be going again.
Top quality service and menu! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the food is absolutely fantastic my go to being the grilled chicken and peri fries and Oreo milkshakes! Their extensive desserts menu means there’s always something for everyone! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Special mention to dragon hut which is the Chinese menu they do amazing chicken balls and salt and pepper chips!
If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered online and the store didn’t fulfil the order..they didn’t even attempt delivery although claim it was delivered to the address. Don’t bother using this store unless you enjoy chucking money straight in the bin, next time I’ll just cut a few notes up with scissors instead and pop it on the fire, or maybe just use it as toilet paper.

THEY ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND DISRESPECTED ME,DRIVER ON PHONE WAS RUDE AND SO WAS PHONE STAFF, I ordered from here put in description don’t buzz when here, when driver gets here he rings my number gets no answer (number must of had no service at the time as he claims he rang but I had no missed calls) he then decides to drive back to the restaurant rather than knocking to drop the food I paid for then when I call to see where my food is they say they’ve already came an they are not coming back unless I pay them more cash to drop it back I said I don’t have it cash they said they aren’t dropping it back then and that he finishes work at 12 and has a family to get back to like that has anything to do with my food(it was like 12:15), he was extremely rude and best believe you couldn’t speak to me like that and take £20 out my pocket face to face you dirty tea leaf
Ordered food took over 1 hour 40 minutes for it to arrive and come with only half the food we ordered. Rung the company for them to tell us we was trying to get free food and say we have cctv footage of our conversation with the driver so asked to send the cctv footage and they didn't just keep accusing me. Awful customer service with awful food to match honestly never order from here.
We have had many a takeaways from here. Never had an issue the food is always good. However today we received raw kebabs and under cooked lamb chops. Just had to say.. very disappointed. They have offered replacements but raw meat is not good enough... Sorry Just received replacement kebab and chops. Still under cooked.
This place took my order while there grills were actually broken. I turned up to collect to be told we have not started cooking it yet we’re waiting for an electrician. Brilliant customer service, you can text me my price and add a service charge but cannot be bothered to offer a good service by letting me know the situation when ordering. Prices a bit over the top lately. Gone down hill a bit over the last few months.
Uncooked shish Kebab, chops all bone no meat chicken leg sent instead of half a chicken the mixed grill was disgusting nothing in it! Staff refused refund offered more food but stated another 35min after i had already waited an hour! staff could not get off the phone quick enough! Will be reporting to Birmingham City Council hygiene
